Recommended Reading from the Exploring and Turtle Section:
Ever since I moved to another house I have felt some kind of slightly unpleasant sensation during the nights. Perhaps it is just because of the time of the season, december/january, in which the nights are long and the days are short, but I think something else is going on here in this new place.
Perhaps you can remember the turtle-article called 'Let's wear something electrical for the night' in which I write about some uncomfortable feeling as well. I linked that feeling to a rather unpleasant change in light body, which I was able to repair. Then I was going through some strange days after I removed astral elements from my physical body (see 'Astral elements hiding in physical body') and now this thing again.
I never expected that moving to another place could imply all this. I do remember that my wife and I once visited some friends abroad, and we both slept rather bad, and I had these awful dreams about people dying in bathtubs and stuff. This really turned out to be a rather eerie place to spend the night. You need to know that I hardly ever experience any scary dreams, so this was really something that I linked to that place. I think that there was a heavy cloud of astral density hanging around that place that was causing these dreams to appear.
The density of the 'old astral planes' that I have come to detect in this new place is far less dense than the one I just mentioned, but I think it was there nevertheless. So, there I was, confronted with some discomforting astral cloud and I really didn't have a clue what to do about it.
First I tried to anchor the Light Earth Dream as is advised in recent SSOA-articles. Then I tried to recast any astral presence to those who shared their ancestry (after I checked that there wasn't any ancestral agreement to do anything with it). Finally I decided to make a chart in which I placed all kinds of possible agents that could of any help to me. I added sources like my ancestors, the consciousness of our planet, Tao, angels, devas, my own field.
I was glad to see that something could be done about this situation and I was surprised to learn that devas would be best suited to handle the job. I never had included the devas or the deva kingdom in any of my thoughts or intentions and I decided to browse through the ssoa-articles to see was written about them. I first learned that Mila spells 'devas' as 'divas', which I think is an incorrect spelling for these small angelic beings. Nowhere did I come across anything about devas and their ability to clear astral density. I did read about the possibility to intend to only have conscious devas inside your system instead of many mechanized ones. I also read about devas who could be intended back to revitalize (and sometimes refertilize) the land and even food.
So I was alone on this and decided to just give it a try. I intended the removal of mechanized devas and the return of conscious devas and I asked them to try to clear the astral cloud that would have been floating in this place of mine. After a few days this astral density would have been reduced to only 20% of what it had been, and I do sleep better ever since.
Whether this is an example of mere auto-suggestion or that beings like these devas actually did play a part in all this, is still unclear. For now I enjoy sleeping better and that's most important for me at this stage. If anyone has had any experiences with these clouds of astral density and have found ways to get rid of them, please don't hesitate to tell me about it. I'm not looking for thriller stories, I'm only looking for ways to deal with these possible astral clouds, for if the ssoa is correct, there would be a load of it in the major cities of our world, and we may need all the information we can get to dissolve as many of these areas of astral density as we can.
