After my recovery from my fragmented ascension which was discovered a few months ago, I started to work out a method that would be more sound than the methods that I had used so far. This resulted in the concept of the Construction Islands. If you decide to read on, it would be quite useful to first read that page since it gives a useful introduction to this allegory.

On this page I will try to explain what the characteristics of this method are. So far I think this method is a very detailed and precise method which has helped me to ascend my body a bit further in a slow, but balanced way. If you have any comments please feel free to email them to me, I'm just experimenting with the things that I encounter.

The Ten Construction Islands stand for the various stages of ingrowth of DNA into the physical. Island 1 stands for the upper ten percent of the etheric level, island 10 stands for the 90-100% level ingrowth into the physical. Island 1 has the highest vibratory rate (or the most strands of DNA) and Island 10 has the lowest vibratory rate.

The purpose of this method is to monitor all DNA-ingrowth problems at various vibratory bands in a systematic manner. For me it has proven to be useful to define 'island rounds' or 'island tours'. One Island Tour stands for one complete monitoring cycle across all levels of ingrowth, starting from Island 10 to Island 1.

WORKING PROCEDURE
What is needed?

  • A Pendulum
  • A chart containing the numbers 0 to 10
  • A few charts containing all the organs and glands in the human body (including the new ones)
  • A chart containing possible reasons why organs cannot move on in their ascension process.

Before starting with the Island-work you should first check if there are any other problems or manipulations going on in your system. Too much manipulation can cause the construction-island-information to be false and manipulated as well. Make sure to be well grounded and well sourced before you proceed.

If you have cleaned up enough mess and you still get a 'yes' to the question if you can work on the construction islands, you can start off with a summary of the various stages of ingrowth. You first ask what is the range of construction island 1, what is the range of island 2 etc. When I first started this I had a construction island 10 that had a range between 1800 and 1900. This means that some organs cannot presently ascend further than 1800 and a lot of organs are waiting on 1900 for the other 1800-organs to catch up.

You could get a list like this: 1: 3000-3100; 2: 2900-3000; 3: 2800-2900; 4: 2700-2800; 5: 2600-2700; 6: 2400-2600; 7: 2300-2400; 8: 2100-2300; 9: 1900-2100; 10: 1800-1900.

Once you have determined the range within which the various islands are working you can start with the most physical island and ask your source or body level consciousness (which has been my most valuable information provider) how many organs or glands at Construction Island 10 are not able to ascend further than 1800 (or what is your lowest level at this level of ingrowth)?

Let's assume you get a '7' as an answer. This means that at the level of 1800, 7 organs/glands are not able to ascend for some reason or other any further than 1800. Then the next step is to determine which organs are lagging behind. I have made a few charts which contain the organs, glands and a few new organs that would develop during the process (like the new waste-filter organs, the photonic glands near the spinal cord, the new thymus functionality. I have placed the Regeneration Organs at the Reproduction organs, since they would develop into organs that are able to produce the hormones and enzymes needed to develop and maintain the crystalline structure).

Let's assume that your intestines are unable to ascend any further than 1800. If you carry the right lineages you should be able to move beyond this level. What you do next is take the pendulum chart that contains some 15 reasons why certain organs cannot ascend any further and you ask what is causing the intestines to halt at 1800.
What follows are a few of these items and how I go about them:

  • The D.N.A. from organ X is from a family member that doesn't contain the information to ascend further than level Y. This is the option that is chosen most often in my tours so far. I have apparently chosen a lot of Anu Slave DNA from my parents and my grand parents. This DNA turned out not to be able to ascend far. Some parts were able to reach 3000, but most are unable to reach even this level. I these cases I intend to remove the non-ascending DNA from that certain organ (send to the aurora of the Earth) and I intend Grand Master DNA to be inserted. If you don't carry with you any Grand Master DNA, Root Race DNA is often more useful than Anu Slave DNA. I don't have any pure Anu-DNA, but as far as I know it is not possible to remove pure Anu-DNA to replace it with other more resonating DNA.
  • The DNA (or part of the DNA) of organ X is from an animal. Remove it and intend the right (Sirian) DNA to be used in stead
  • The DNA (or part of the DNA) of organ X is from a mineral. Both my kidneys and bladder would have been partially built on Mineral DNA. I noticed this at various islands. Remove it and intend Grand Master or Root Race DNA to be inserted in stead.
  • Ancestral Agreements. There were agreements made between some of your ancestors and other often non-physical false gods (see False Gods of Light). Often it means that chi is given or perhaps grid work. Intend to end these agreements and return all the chi, grid work and information that was given away.
  • Ancestral Manipulation. This can happen when you are clearing Anu Slave D.N.A. from your system. Somehow the Anu Slave Ancestors are not happy with that and they will try to do all kinds of things that will keep you from removing the D.N.A. to which they are connected. Intend these ancestors to stop blocking your ascension process. I have placed them somewhere along the sideline, where they can watch the ascension process, but they cannot manipulate or hamper the process any longer.
  • Karmic Themes. Sometimes D.N.A. cannot ascend beyond a certain level because there is some karmic block present. Intend to understand and complete with the karma belong to that certain organ at that stage.
  • Chi Leak. Sometimes there simply isn't enough chi because of an attachment or another chi-leak. Intend to remove the chi-leak and any possible agreement to give chi away.
  • Different Genetic Operating System. Sometimes an organ or a gland is running on a genetic operating system (see GOS) that is not resonant with Earth. Intend to remove the current GOS (which is often electric, electro-magnetic, Albyreon-magnetic or Figure-8) and replace it with the triple lotus GOS, the Earth Magnetic GOS (looking like an Eight with another circle on top of it).
  • Curses/Spells/Hexes or machinery. If any of these things are glued to certain bodyparts at certain vibrations, try to remove them and end the ancestral agreements to hold such a curse, spell, hex or machinery.
  • Thought forms/Lack of certain Language of Light Tones Intend to become aware of the thought forms at hand, and do some searching within the various Language of Light tones on the ascendpress-site to see what tones are missing or are not in balance.
  • Other possibilities Try to relax and open your mind to other possibilities and check if that is what is meant to be addressed.
Once I'm through with all the body parts that were addressed by my body level conscious on a certain vibrational band (or to put it differently, at a certain 'construction island') then I call it a day, and end the pendulum session. I tend to think that because of all the intentions uttered there is enough work to be done by my unconscious and subconscious parts.

I have found that it takes about a week or two for me to do one 'island tour'. After I'm finished I start off with the same procedure again, with some islands reaching higher vibrations as I proceed. It is a slow method, but for me it has proven to be quite a sound and thorough method.
