The Unconscious/Unconscious Plane
The 'Unconscious/Unconscious' plane of reality contains the karmic agreements related to the seven root fears inherent within the human experience. These seven root fears include the Fear of Survival, the Fear of Sexuality and Emotions, the Fear of Power, the Fear of Love, the Fear of Creativity, the Fear of Vision, and the Fear of Knowledge.

In an October 1998-article we can read about the relationship between the 'state of full consciousness' (36,000 segments) and the total disappearance of fear. In this state women would be able to have menstruation only when they want to conceive a baby!
Many of you have heard of the concept of 'full consciousness.' Full consciousness is a state of being that transcends physical law as we know it and experiences no separation between the seen and unseen worlds. Transcending physical law physically translates to transcending the biological need to eat, sleep, defecate, and urinate to subsist. Emotionally, full consciousness brings an end to the experience of fear and, in so doing, allows each initiate to experience a new level of contentment and joy in all daily activities and relationships.
...There are new glands in the ovaries and uterus that secrete hormones to rejuvenate the body and bring a cessation of ovulation for those who do not consciously choose to conceive a child. This brings forth a cessation of menstruation which is considered an unnecessary waste of nutrients to crystalline form. It also brings forth a relinquishment of all fear of conception surrounding the act of making love.

THE CURSE ON INFORMATION
To insure that Earth and our solar system could not evolve, the Pleiadians cursed our solar system, thus removing all information necessary for evolution from our planetary and solar archives. When information is non-existent for self-preservation or evolution, souls within a creation become dependent upon others and their governing bodies for survival. The Curse on Information has led to the experience of codependence on others for survival within your solar system. As this segment of initiations is transcended, initiates will no longer depend upon Planetary or Solar Hierarchies for their own physical survival or ascension, and all archives of information necessary to fulfill this mission will become open and available to them.
Codependence is a problem for the human civilization at large. All fear of survival and codependence stems from not having the information necessary to survive within one's Akashic records or library of information. Lack of information creates a civilization in which some are gifted at one thing, and others at others, and humanity has learned to pool gifts and talents in order to survive together codependently. Poverty and homelessness are the result of those within your civilization who have no information on physical survival and have no one else to depend upon.
In the fifth-dimensional paradigm, collaboration can only thrive as each human being contributes equally to the greatest good of the whole. In a collaborative paradigm, there will still be a variation of talents, gifts and skills between one human and another, but everyone will contribute equally to the smooth running of civilization. Within your current system, there are those who contribute little to humanity at large and live well. There are others who contribute much and live in poverty.
...THE CURSE ON PASSION AND CREATIVITY
We will discuss these two individual curses together, because they are so closely related. The Pleiadians knew that passion and creativity could lead some within your solar system to evolve, and so they limited the expression of the vibrations of passion and creativity. When passion and creativity becomes limited, life becomes monotonous, repetitive and boring.
On a universal octave, the repetitiveness and monotony was also experienced by Melchizedek, the Lord of your creation. Repetitiveness and monotony were also experienced by the solar and planetary hierarchies who have governed Earth for 300,000 years. In the boredom and monotony, Melchizedek and other hierarchy members mechanized much of the governance of your reality. Instead of consciously monitoring all actions of Earth and your solar system, Melchizedek and other governing bodies created machines (or non-conscious parts of themselves) to monitor Earth and your Sun. They created the mechanization because the monitoring itself was so boring and repetitive.
We, the Order of Rize, are familiar with such mistakes made by Creator Gods in training. Machines that are not conscious cannot evolve. For this reason, the hierarchies that many of you are familiar with must be replaced in order to ascend Earth and their mechanizations removed or reprogrammed for evolution. The mechanization set up by Melchizedek was designed to limit vibration and keep fear-based thoughtform alive and well within your solar system. Much of this machinery is in the process of being dismantled or reprogrammed by the Order of Rize.
...Within humanity, many of you are familiar with the repetitive nature of your reality. We have written about the mechanization of your reality in past chapters. The mechanization that our channels discovered within their own ascension process was related to fear-based thought form. Each fear-based thought that continued to plague them had a machine that had been created specifically for this purpose by the past governing bodies of your hierarchies. As the machine was removed, the fear-based thought form left with it. Those of you who are on the ascension path can call upon the Order of Rize to assist in the release of any fear-based thought form you find yourself plagued with, either during meditation or dreamtime. Simply call upon us, and our healing guides will appear to help.

December 1998: Because the Kumaras seized much information we were left with little information which would have led to more feelings of fear:
Eighty-five-hundred years ago, as the seven Kumaras accessed the human genetic records, they took all of the information any soul incarnate in human form had accrued in prior incarnations and all of the information inherent in the human genetic encoding. In having a hold on all information, the Kumaras took control of the human experience. Without information, humanity went deeper into fear, because they no longer remembered how to survive on their own. Information can be likened to software and the body to hardware, in a computer comparison of the human form. The Kumaras seized all of the software, and this left the body in fear that it could no longer survive, because the body no longer remembered what to do in order to sustain itself.
...Oftentimes, when initiates first learn to move the kundahlini energy system in their field, many death pictures come up at once, and they begin to feel icy cold or fearful. The death pictures are the result of how the kundahlini has been utilized for the past 8,500 years of human history during which the kundahlini has rarely risen except upon death. It is the kundahlini that rises as the experience of death is set in motion and collects all of the emotional memories of the lifetime as the soul leaves the form. If initiates experience fear or death pictures in learning to move the kundahlini or in reading this material, it is recommended that they ground such pictures or energy into the center of the Earth and out of their auric field and order the Kumara of Death out of their presence. As this is accomplished, both the fear and the sensation of feeling icy cold will leave along with the death pictures and Kumara of Death itself
