Well, let's start off with the first seeming inconsistency. As far as I understand the beginning years of the Grand Masters on our planet, they were seeded quite some time before the Annunaki arrived on our planes (Grand Masters some 200,000 years ago, and the Annunaki some 160,000 years ago). In the following text from the Eagle-kingdom we can read that one of the 18 Grand Masters that Mila holds lineage to was captured and killed by Merduk and Innana, who are Annunaki. As far as I know there weren't any Grand Masters left during the time the Annunaki arrived. How could they have captured one of the 18 Grand Masters? Let's read the original article:
Mila holds heritage to 18 Grand Masters of the Red Race, one of which was captured and killed, and consumed by Merduk and Innana of the Annanuki whom in so doing took Mila's ancestral power and information for their own plundering use. The Annanuki then went on to plunder Terra. Mila and Terra are healing from this dance at long last, and the power is being retrieved and returned to those whom have earned it through evolutionary understanding. In the evolutionary understanding, one comes to a state of harmlessness and compassion for all others, and in so doing, one moves beyond destruction in all of it's forms, including inner destruction which is also known as disease.

What could explain this? Perhaps some Grand Masters did survive into the Annunaki-era. Perhaps there is a mix-up between high priests and the Grand Masters. For in the Merduk and Inanna page you can read about this practice of eating high priests (see Eating Priests).
This article stemming from September 2001 is the first article which mentions the Grand Masters. It is possible that at that time it wasn't yet clear what the relationship was between the Grand Masters and the Red Race. In a Great Central Sun transmission ('A New Divine Plan for Earth and Humanity is Launced') from April that year it was stated that the Red Race arrived 200,000 years ago, whereas later articles say that the Red Race arrived 300,000 years ago, and that the Grand Masters only arrived some 100,000 years later.
When you combine the killing of High Priests by Innana and Merduk with the idea that a Grand Master was eaten, it would make some sense to suppose that it wasn't really a Grand Master, but a High Priest who probably had heritage to the Grand Masters whose blood was drunk by these Annunaki. That's the only way I can explain this part of the theory.
