Long ago, ancient red human tribes lived side by side with us in the deep valleys and forests of earth. Few humans chose to climb to the mountain peaks; instead they found comfort and easy living in the valleys, which were abundant with fruit, nuts, berries and other edible vegetation. The valleys at that time were close to the aurora, and there were many pathways through caves that lead one to the valleys and streams of the inner earth. The inner earth was warmer due to the aurora that emanates therein. This heated the valleys and caves of the lowest most points upon earth, making it a suitable environment to humans who have no fur or other protection from the elements.
... The inner earth shall be exposed as the poles melt. Human adventurers willing to travel to the North Pole in particular in 100 years or so may discover pathways into the inner earth. In so doing, a friendship may begin again between the inner and outer earth peoples. At this time the inner earth peoples are choosing non-interference with the outer earth civilization, as long as your civilization does not create warfare large enough to potentially create a nuclear holocaust. As outer earth humans ascend into greater peace and harmony together, the possibility of shared resources and information may emerge between outer and inner earth humans again into the future. This too is apart of the dream ahead that the Redwood Tree Kingdom perceives.
...In the inner earth, there is greater understanding and greater remembrance that all kingdoms have consciousness. As such, no forest is completely harvested in the human building practices therein. This leaves plenty of trees and greenery for all to enjoy and to support earth in holding the void of infinite possibility. The inner earth peoples have also fallen into less limitation of thought-form as a result of living side by side with nature; this has allowed them to retain a more harmonious and joyous human dream; the outcome is a more harmonious civilization. Many of the problems of your current human society are not apart of the inner earth human state of being. This is the result of working more closely with nature and being able to call in a dream for unity and harmony due to the accessing of the global void of infinite possibility for human dream weaving.

November 2004. On ascensions in the inner Earth
Interestingly enough, physical plane surface humans have not lost the larger cranium upon the light body body-double planes of reality. Upon the light body plane, each of sincere grand master ancestry has a larger cranium; so this is so for Mila and Oa and each in their Self Study and Group Mastery Programs. This is also how earth can discern which humans have the appropriate inheritance to map carve the ascension for the human species.
In the inner earth, the larger cranium genetic structure was never lost. Those of grand master inheritance have retained the larger head and physical build in present time. Most of such humans, which number less than 5% of the overall population of the inner earth, live much like monks in special regions remaining focused upon the spiritual path of ascension. For the past 150 years, inner earth ascension has been coming forth through the focus of these larger headed humans.
The ascension in the inner earth has been far from complete however, due to karma that parallels what we are exploring in this article. The end result has been that the darkness of the inner earth has been pressed upon surface earth humans, leading to greater warfare rather than evolution this century past. This ceases now as the underlying cause is more greatly understood, and the darkness and associated karma is being returned to the inner earth peoples.
In so being, the possibility of real human ascension occurring in larger numbers is now viable from the point of view of the earth mother and the new souls extending in from the Great Central Sun. The mass ascent of humanity has been minimized due to dream manipulations on the part of dark forces that have been in control of the physical plane. Perhaps given the problems with ascension as uncovered on the part of the map carvers, this is not such a bad thing after all; as much more is understood about how and why false ascension occurs that we will be able to prevent such problems from manifesting as larger numbers of humans ascend into the future.
Dolphin-Whale-Nature and Human Ties (2004)
The first time the idea of people actually living in 'Inner Earth' is mentioned was in June 2000 through Lord and Lady Rize and Earth Mother:
The Intervention has been at last anchored upon earth, and Earth Mother is receiving more support and assistance than ever. The ascension of Earth is now more assured than ever in her history and this is a wonderful thing indeed. It is not just our channels that anchor the presence of All That Is upon Earth. Many whom resonate with the material presented within Spiritual School of Ascension likewise anchor such an aspect of All That Is within their ascending field. As such, there are over 5000 in human form anchoring All That Is within the human species, along with many more in dolphin and whale form, along with the Peoples of the Inner Earth. As such, the Intervention of God Goddess All That Is is now considered in full swing, so to speak.
The Intervention will not ascend humanity or Earth. The Intervention has agreed to bring forth the necessary information to allow ascension to take hold. It is still up to each human, dolphin, and whale along with all other species to choose to ascend. And such a choice is a daily endeavor, for each day brings forth the next increase in vibration and all related biological and personal changes inherent within such an experience.

In the second Great Central Sun transmission from april 2001 we can read about the Inner-Earth-people who would have decided to participate in the ascension of the Earth.
Earth herself is coming to greater unity. Those of full consciousness upon the surface of the Earth have invited those humans of the inner-Earth to join the consensus for ascension that includes all other dimensions within your creation. As of last night, the peoples of the inner Earth have now joined the dance of unity and consensus for ascension within your creation. This is a fundamentally important shift, as unity must occur upon Earth if Earth is to ascend as a whole, just as unity must occur amongst all ascending stars and species within the Great Central Sun and beyond.
The new consensus upon Earth is anticipated to override the current destructive thought-form that envelops the human species and controls Earth in the year ahead. As this occurs, the new consensus shall begin to override the human dance with a new future that shall lead to Earth's cleansing and ascension in the coming 10 centuries. The mark of transition from the old to the new consensus shall be distinct, and shall mean the beginning of the era of light or the golden age that many prophets of human form have expressed in times past.
This future is not assured. However, the linking of consensus for ascension upon all dimensions and including the people of the inner-Earth increases the chances that Earth shall make it. Many are not aware of the deep struggle that Earth has gone through to bring forth this alignment, but it has been accomplished at last, and with the help of many whom are related to an intervention of the Source of All.

A week later, the Great Central Sun had something to add about the reasons why the Inner Earth People decided to go underground: because of the nuclear catastrophe that was caused by the Annunaki.
The Inner Earth People
Those less implicated by the nuclear holocaust moved to the inner Earth. Indeed a human civilization that was far less compromised exists within the inner Earth to this day. The governance of the Inner Earth has run into conflict with each civilization upon the outer Earth over time, and has learned noninterference. In so doing, the people of the inner Earth have remained a separate and distinct nation from the remainder of humans upon the surface of the Earth.
However, in relation to inheritance, all humans upon Earth originate from the same mixture of lineages regardless of where the form lives. All humans are responsible for all karma incurred in the human dance whether it is upon the surface of the Earth or within the inner Earth. This too the people of the inner Earth are coming to understand in their own respective ascension.

Almost a year later, in May 2002, the inner earth people are mentioned in relation to the so-called dreamtime planes which would have been changed in 2002. As they are closer to the core of the Earth they would be influenced by these dreamtime planes more than the people on the surface.
Now that dreamtime is global, there is a nonphysical realm supported by earth for all in the new consensus that is earth generated. For a long time, Sananda ran planes of reality that were a form of dreamtime for mankind. Such dreamtime was often used to mutilate fields and strip records. Such planes were also used to confine humans in restrictive identities playing out scripts that ultimately lead to death, annihilation, war, and extinction. Such dreamtime has more or less been removed in the launching of the new dreamtime in each chakra region of earth.
The main spindle that turns dreamtime revolves around the aurora. The aurora is surrounded by four chakras under earth's surface which also have a specific dreamtime associated. However such dreamtime affects the inner earth people more than outer earth humans. Such dreamtime is as follows:

The Tao spoke as well in May 2002. According to the latest insights, about 90,000 people from the Inner Earth would hold the so-called 'new consensus'
The new consensus holds roughly 8000 humans upon the surface of the Earth, 200,000 dolphins and whales, 90,000 inner earth humans, and all other species upon Earth except those destined for extinction. (See "Mastering One's Own Destiny" in the Dolphin and Whale Transmissions for more information on species destined for extinction.) There is a strong new consensus to direct the ascent of Earth. It is made up of a sum total of more than 80% of Earth's incarnating body of species. Therefore the ascent of Earth shall come forth and is more greatly assured now than ever. Earth has developed a strong will to ascend; this too is fueling some large changes in Earth's energy flow. One can say now that Earth has ended her period of out breath, and the time between the out breath and in breath, and now is proceeding with her in-breath or ascension in full. So this is also so for the entire new consensus that is multidimensional in nature. Your creation is going home beloved.
...Up until now, Earth, solar and universal counsels have found human ascension to be so wrought with problems that there were not enough souls available to properly monitor the dance. This has lead to ongoing problems with the forces of the dark invading the new consensus and trying to command a world war into the human reality. It is for this reason that the Tao is now taking command of human ascension and the monitoring of all initiations above 2200 strands global wide. This command includes the peoples of the inner earth that have different initiatory levels that each may ascend into per the recent rulings of solar and universal counsels. In July 2002 the Kookaburra kingdom also told us about the effects of the dreamtimes on the inner earth.
The dreamtime planes have been altered as of late. There is no longer only one dreamtime in Australia; there are now 12 parallel dreamtimes over each continent and within the inner earth. Earth is taking command of her own dream from those of the false intervention that have run the show for so very long and since the human seeding. This new dream causes one to have to allow earth to co-create all manifestations that one may envision. Over the coming 25-year cycle, no dream that is not in alignment with earth’s ascent will manifest, not even for a human being. Those who are ascending are paving the way to a new manner of relating to earth as a co-creator.

August 2002: There is told something about grand masters in the Inner Earth that would have died some six months ago (which makes it beginning 2002) because of the loss of 'holographic knowledge' to the dolphin and whale kingdoms.
During the era of Atlantis, again humans, dolphins and whales began to dance together for the purposes of ascension. Again, one half of the remaining human holographic knowledge was transferred to the dolphin and whale kingdoms during this time period. Again humans in their loss of consciousness turned against one another in warfare, culminating in yet another global nuclear annihilation some 10,000 years ago (40,000 human years). Dolphins and whales now likewise share in a portion of this karma having participated in the loss of human consciousness that lead to such warfare.
This pattern repeated yet again with the death of the grand masters in the inner earth less than six months ago. However, ascending upper level initiates are rectifying whatever was transferred in such an experience now, and retrieving all knowledge lost. We invite all reading this material to retrieve one’s own holographic knowledge lost to dolphins and whales in these three time periods. As each ascending initiate does so, one will retrieve one’s own inner awareness holographic knowledge. Many initiates complain that they are non-clairvoyant. Indeed, the underlying cause of such patterning is the loss of such knowledge to dolphin and whale form. For those that this is so, retrieving one’s knowledge will assist in the opening to one’s inner eye and senses. Furthermore, it will augment one’s opening to the dreamtime planes that surround oneself now that dreamtime has been re-orchestrated global wide in earth’s ascension.
..Had the dolphins and whales shared of their involvement in the Grand Master deaths as it was revealed in their own ascent some 18 months ago, the deaths of these 3 inner earth masters would have been avoided. It was the secret governance of Orcas that prevented the information from being shared. It is also through the Orca kingdom that the karma was deferred from their species onto mankind and 8 other planets in your cosmos. It is furthermore the conscious intent for human extinction emanating from ascending Orca thought-form that has caused earth and cosmic counsels to roll all Orca’s back to 2 strands of DNA, and prohibit their ascent altogether into the future. They are now destined for extinction at this time founded upon cosmic counsel decisions. The dolphins and whales now inherit the karma for these 3 human deaths.
...In addition to the death of the Grand Masters augmented through dolphin and whale fields, the tribal red slave race that remained chose to mummify the embodiments rather than cremate them upon death. Such humans probably thought that they were doing the right thing, and had witnessed and participated in the mummification rituals of the Sirian scientists, who would mummify certain members of certain animal kingdoms, preserving them for the long journey back to Sirius.
The mummification trapped the souls of the Grand Masters in the body rather than releasing soul in full. As a result, such souls went into a void until they were recently released as the karma for mummification was released by upper level initiates in the inner earth and upon the surface of the earth. Such souls had gone into a terrible void as a result and were unable to communicate what they knew with any other soul as a result. Such souls were aware that the dolphins and whales had been behind the death of their forms.

In the next Great-Central-Sun transmission from September 2002 we can read about the reaction of the Inner Earth people towards the nuclear testings that have taken place. A little bit further we are being told that the people from the Inner Earth were instrumental in balancing the pH of Earth, thereby making an end to acid rain.
Up until the recent level of global ascension, Earth was fragmented between east and west, and in multiple regions around the globe. Such shattering was not only from nuclear bombs detonated in recent human history, but continued nuclear testing by current human scientists.
Such tests have ceased in recent years, mostly due to the complaints and threats of the inner Earth people, who were fractured themselves as such testing was executed, causing problems with their ascension. Such inner Earth humans threatened to emerge and overtake the current leaders of your paradigm; and in counterbalance such leaders chose to cease to detonate nuclear tests. Earth had released her karma for warfare as of last year; this allows Earth the transcendence of nuclear harm upon her embodiment due to her own transcendence of the related karma. As this came to be so, the inner Earth people asserted themselves over current human leadership.
...The inner Earth people are augmenting the balancing of the pH of all waterways and landmasses upon the surface of the Earth through the release of certain gasses into the air. They are doing so to support their own ascension as much as Earth’s ascension. Such gasses will collect in the clouds and then shower upon all oceans, lakes and river ways along with the land bringing an end to acid rain. Such substances will also enter the drinking water, and have a tonic affect upon the form for those who are ascending. This tonic affect balances the pH of the form.

October 2002. We hear about inner earth ascensions which weren't really that succesful. Even Buddha would have tried to ascend in the Inner Earth, causing an incomplete ascension.
The nuclear annihilation of earth furthermore created a fall in consciousness so great that no red group attempted to ascend again upon the surface of the earth thereafter. However some red humans moved to the inner earth foreseeing the impending annihilation through nuclear war about to occur upon the surface of the earth. Such humans set up ascension temples in the inner earth. Ascension then resumed roughly 24,000 years ago and created parallel problems instead of rectifying them.
Such ascensions in the inner earth were not complete either. Again whole body parts and limbs were left behind. This experience has left the greatest scarring in the tissue of the generations that followed that are related. Mila and Oa’s own battle with cancer has occurred within the regions most afflicted with combustion from their own ancestries incomplete ascensions in which large portions of the body were left behind. However, their battle has allowed for their own personal transcendence beyond the incomplete ascensions of their ancestry; allowing them to foster a complete ascension at this time and cycle of earth’s global evolution. One could say in this that they are accomplishing what their ancient ancestors could not, and perceiving what could not be perceived in ancient times.
Why is this so? Time has slowed drastically since the last ascension within the inner earth of a being known as Buddha. Buddha also emerged for a time upon the surface of the earth gathering followers and attempting to educate the masses of another way of being. Buddha’s actual ascension occurred within the inner earth, and was more incomplete than prior ascensions, which his entire back side left behind. The scarring from this is recorded in Oa’s shoulders that are being resurrected as we speak from a cancerous state. Oa has a direct lineage to Buddha, and is rectifying what went wrong in his ascension in this lifetime.
