December 2004. About the New Consensus in dreamtime.
This page tries to shed light on what is meant with the term 'new consensus' in the SSOA-material. As far as I grasp the concept the new consensus can be seen as a kind of transitory state from the present situation where most of humanity is not in touch with the natural world to a state where humanity has returned to the natural world and is able to commune with it without causing harm. In between these positions is the New Consensus.

December 2004. About the New Consensus in dreamtime.
Collective human ascension lessons are learned in a parallel manner; one watches the mirror of world events around oneself. As enough in observation choose to release the karma and beliefs associated that created the collective experiences within the human species, then the dance may change. Collective change therefore requires enough to transcend the world mirror.
This is challenging at this time as there are few ascending (less than 10% global wide), and those mastering may not be releasing karma far enough back in time to allow for a significant shift as of yet in the collective dream. It may take the birth of ascending children in the decade ahead for enough of the karma to be released to perceive a significant alteration towards unity in the current human dance. This Earth, the Tao, and the Ancient Ancestors are vying for; enough ascending children to press the human dream as a collective towards unity in the quarter century ahead.
This does not mean that one cannot experience a life shift towards unity in this lifetime. Those who are ascending have entered a new dream; this dream is a dream of unity. Each who is ascending participates in the new consensus dream of unity primarily in dreamtime, as many do not have many ascending friends or associations in physicality. However the unity-based dream is there nonetheless for those doing the inner work and clearing necessary to ascend in the life dance.
Translating the spiritual lessons that ascending humans are transcending into the collective human dance of life is a whole other process. Such a push towards a new way of being as a civilization requires that each within the civilization transcend. Alas so few are transcending that it really assures a repeat of the past in present time. However those that are ascending can begin to mold the human dream through personal transmutation and transformation.
As enough transmute and transform in the new consensus, it will begin to have impact upon the collective old consensus human dream. How does one transmute patterning that will alter the human dream? Ah, this is complex, and it is what we wished to delve into so that each may focus upon the current lessons presented in the world mirror in this year of 2004.
...We close with special blessings unto each who chooses this path of ascension in this lifetime. Although there may be few of you, as each intends to ascend and anchors the language of light by entering the new consensus, the new consensus shall grow in power. As the new consensus grows in power, at some point it will override the current human dream allowing for a new day to be born. And so this blessing is for each reading these materials to fulfill upon a complete ascension to 3000 strands and the entrance into the new consensus of ascending humans. As more adults contribute to this goal, there will be enough larger bodies to assist in the movement of energy necessary to foster the births of the ascending children. And so you are needed to fulfill upon this goal beloved.

December 2004. The Ancient Ancestors tell us about the new consensus:
WHAT IS THE NEW CONSENSUS?
A consensus reality is a reality created as each member co-agrees upon certain attributes and agreements. Upon earth, each agrees that the sky is blue, the plants are green, the oceans are turquoise, and the land is red or brown. Each also agrees to certain boundaries between one another and between each species. Over time, humans have violated the boundaries between themselves and nature by taking too much causing others to become diseased and nature to die; or polluting nature to a point of extinction. This has caused nature to throw humanity at large out of the global consensus. As a result, one will find most humans isolated from nature, and this has contributed to the sense of being separated from God Goddess All That Is within.
As humans began to ascend in recent decades, and learned to embrace harmlessness towards nature in energy flow and behavior, room has been made for a transitional consensus that will one day reunite humans into the natural world again. Earth has called the transitional consensus the New Ascending Consensus for Humanity. This consensus requires symbiotic relationships between humans and all kingdoms in which balanced giving and receiving occurs.
Symbiotic relations are supportive of one another; sometimes one may need more chi to transcend a particular pattern. The ascending consensus therefore provides one more chi; then one will contribute more chi after transcendence when one peaks at the new vibration and energy flow, and after one has mastered the next initiatory level. In this manner, balanced giving and receiving is retained.
As one proves that one will operate in balanced giving and receiving, at some point most likely in one’s future ancestry, one will re-enter the natural world. Mila and Oa re-entered the natural world over two years ago now. They also discovered in so doing that there were many problems with the souls in the natural world who attempted to distort or prevent their continued lives and ascension. These souls have been expelled from earth as a result. This perhaps points to a grand truth that nothing is perfect, and that everything is evolving including all souls along with the natural world upon earth.
What Mila loves most about being in the natural world dream is her ability to commune with the land, air and sea surrounding herself. The communion is healing to her heart and fosters her continued ascension. Communion is also possible for those who are ascending in the New Consensus. All that is required is that one opens one’s heart and one can commune with the whole of earth. Feeling a part of a larger body is also a joyful experience where one is no longer powerless, as one ceases only to be “human” for a moment in the communion.
One day one will enter the communion and never leave. Mila is still awaiting such a time, as the periods of dissonance still associated with her continued transcendence often throw her off balance enough to cease to be able to commune for a day or more at a time. She perceives this as a part of ascension at this time in history, and simply pushes through.

November 2004. The 'New Consensus' is not only built by people ascending within the SSOA:
We are not sure if Mila and Oa will ever tackle the ascension of those of Eastern ancestry in large numbers and to 9000 strands. The reason for this is that one can really only can legitimately guide another in the understanding of the personal dynamics that one shares in one’s own process of ascension. Mila and Oa do not personally understand the process of ascending Tibetan and Inuit lineages, as they are not prevalent in their ancestry. However there are those map carving for these lineages and who are a part of the new consensus; they are just not a part of this organization at this time.

16. TEMPLE OF ASCENSION
This temple holds records of all human ascensions that have occurred within the new consensus thus far. This includes successful and non-successful ascensions. One may review such records for the purposes of their own evolution.
Tips for Retaining one's Level of Mastery in Ascension (2004)
March 2004. False entries in the New Consensus have led to a restriction on adult ascension to 3000 strands.
Incomplete ascension is the skipping over of certain regions of the form that fail to become crystalline over time and in the act of biological ascension. As portions of the form fail to become crystalline, there is a gap in the energy flow of the field due to parts of the field also failing to fully embrace the next level of evolution. The gaps of those having incomplete ascensions has allowed dark forces to unite many in the new consensus and utilize their collective flow to launch electrical sacred geometry and shatter earth’s major chakras and etheric body. Those having failed ascensions as map carvers have been removed from the new consensus and confined in separate dreams so that they cannot be united again. However the failure of the map carvers has caused counsels to determine that holding humans at 3000 in adult form is the best solution to having a repeat of this problem into the future. Therefore all adult ascension is limited to 3000 at this time across the board, except for a select group of map carvers required to clear the path to full consciousness for incoming ascending births.
...However who is one going to trust if soul is essentially destructive? The Tao has made available unto earth, your solar system and all sentient ascending species therein new formless souls. Such souls are not dragon shaped; they are formless and they enter the dance to direct ascension “home”. Earth is most grateful for these souls; and one may wish to intend a new “formless” oversoul, angelic oversoul and source to guide one’s journey from this point forward. One can see in this that there is another turning of souls occurring upon earth, as all that has been dragon in shape is now leaving and formless souls are entering the dance within my global field; so this is also made available for all in the new consensus of ascension in human, dolphin and whale form.
It is soul that directs the consciousness of form to understand the spiritual lessons one is learning in this lifetime and in one’s ascension. Spiritual lessons come in many forms; generally those ascending to 3000 are learning to master the first 10 notes of the Language of light. This translates into lessons that are associated. We would like to take a moment to define the lessons associated with the first 10 notes as most reading our materials are working upon this at this time. As the lessons are mastered, one’s grid work is rewoven to include the pastel shade associated with the Language of Light Tone. Therefore earth can clearly see if an initiate has mastered all 10 notes as all 10 notes appear in one’s grid work of the etheric body and auric field.
