INTRODUCTION
This page explains the loosh-perspective and tries to see its use in the further evolution of the paradigm that I work with. The term 'loosh' was coined by Robert Monroe who I respect quite a lot. He introduced me to the concept of the 'consensus realities' or the 'Monroe Bands' which are the different 'belief systems' that people would enter after death. These Monroe Bands were also confirmed by the Desteni-group. Since he appears to have been quite right about these Monroe Bands there might be something in the 'loosh'-theory that he was given during one of his rides out of his body.
WHAT IS LOOSH?
On a gnostic info page by Jim Dekorne we can read the introduction to the term 'loosh' taken from Monroe's second book, Far Journeys (1985):
Someone, Somewhere (or both, in millions, or uncountable) requires, likes, needs, values, collects, drinks, eats, or uses as a drug (sic) a substance ident Loosh. (Electricity, oil, oxygen, gold, wheat, water, land, old coins, uranium.) This is a rare substance in Somewhere, and those who possess Loosh find it vital for whatever it is used for. Faced with this question of Supply and Demand (a universal law of Somewhere), Someone decided to produce it artificially, so to speak, rather than search for it in its “natural” form. He decided to build a Garden and grow Loosh. (Far Journeys, p.162)
We are then told how 'Someone' makes human beings who to his own surprise seem to produce loosh, especially during certain interactions that they have. Jim Dekorne cites Monroe again to present the various ways that loosh was produced and ultimately harvested by the 'loosh-collectors' that brought the loosh to 'Somewhere'.
From experience, the Collectors have evolved an entire technology with complementary tools for the harvesting of Loosh from the Type 4M [i.e. human] units. The most common have been named love, friendship, family, greed, hate, pain, guilt, disease, pride, ambition, ownership, possession, sacrifice – and on a larger scale, nations, provincialism, wars, famine, religion, machines, freedom, industry, trade, to list just a few. Loosh production is higher than ever before...(Far Journeys, p. 170)
LOOSH PRODUCERS
If we would have been 'designed' to be producers of this 'loosh' we could be compared to 'cows' that are regularly milked. Instead of eating grass we occupy ourselves with the various things that humans do. Monroe also uses uses this metaphor:
...But now, at sunset, it is time again. She must go to His place. There is a goading pain on her underside that tells her this... While she eats, He will relieve the pain until morning. After that the Man will walk away with white water in a round container. The Guernsey does not know where he got the white water nor why He desires it. Not knowing, she doesn’t care. (Far Journeys, p.171)
This raised a question within me: would we have been made to be nothing more than loosh-producers? If that were the case: wouldn't it indeed be better to just play the role that was assigned to us? Wouldn't we be 'good' humans if we continued to play along and produce infinite amounts of loosh for our creator? Wouldn't it be a sign of distrust if we would decide to reflect on the possibility to move beyond this scheme of loosh-production?
'SOMEONE' WAS CREATED AS WELL
Monroe goes on to tell us that other 'entities' or 'Inspecs (intelligent species)' that he encountered confirmed this loosh-information, but they also added that this 'Someone' was not the beginning of all, he, himself, was created as well. He was only part of a fraction of creation. There would be vaster worlds encompassing the 'world' created by 'Someone'.
WITH A PIECE OF 'SOMEONE'
Another interesting aspect of this loosh-perspective is that 'Someone' added a piece of him (or her)self to the beings that he had created. The intention would have been to give them the awkward sense that they were not really from this world, that they were connected to something beyond the physical world. This desire - that could not be quenched - would create yet more loosh. Wasn't it a brilliant scheme? Jim Dekorne from this gnostic site expresses it as follows:
Then it was discovered that different forms of “stress” generated in the human population would release Loosh without having to kill the organism. This was because Someone, as an experiment, injected a “Piece of Himself” into the human species. This was done to maintain more or less constant stress in each individual since the human would always “seek to satisfy the attraction this tiny mote of Himself engendered as it sought reunion with the infinite Whole.”
Isn't this in an interesting view? It has some semblance to the theories that Monique has started to embrace a few months ago. Perhaps take a look at her 'Celestial Error'-page on this site. The conlusions that Monique and apparently the gnostics seem to draw are not (at least not yet) my conclusions. For one thing I cannot tell anything about 'Someone' who might have created us to provide for his loosh-thirst. Who or what made him? What is done with the loosh that we would create? Perhaps it is used to fuel something useful in another room of creation? How do we produce loosh? Is there a way to stop producing loosh and what are our options then?
This loosh-perspective is only beginning to have its effect on my reality perspective and it raises many questions: how to combine it with the ascension paradigm? How does it relate to the 'mechanised' and harmful thought-forms? How does it relate to the Desteni machines? Who are the ones that are collecting the loosh? Are they the Anu? Are they perhaps the demons, or some other beings that used to reside in the heavens?
For those that prefer to stick to the Desteni-paradigm of 'stopping the mind' it will be impossible to explore the possibilities of this perspective. Today I received an email from someone that I digitally met in 2003. She just published a book and I took a walk around her site and I encountered a thought-form that I resonate with strongly. This is the thought that I would like to close with. Until next time.
When there is no new knowledge to stimulate the brain, programmed information begins to suffocate the physical body causing it to age and to die. Calcification of the Pineal gland becomes final and all the essential hormones such as pinealene, and growth hormones cease. We begin to age for all of our life’s energy has been focused on programs and codes for survival in an illusion.
Being absorbed in the distractions of physical life keeps you in the game of being an unaware dreamer. The unaware dreamer is not aware of his/her options. All decisions are made based on the ongoing survival programs of commonality and the codes of life’s cycle are then final, “ birth and death”. No questions asked. Currently life in this reality is much like a vast airport of arrivals and departures (From 'Gamekeepers of the Matrix' by Sonia Barret).
