Many initiates are afraid of sexual energy. A sign of one who has no permission to run sexual energy is a skin condition such as acne. As one chooses to ascend, one also must choose to begin to run their sexual energy. If one is not in a partnership, such movement of energy can be facilitated through a working understanding of 'Tantra,' or through the simple act of masturbation. There is nothing wrong with sexuality or sexual energy, and such energy systems must be in working order in order to ascend. This may surprise initiates who may think of spirituality as separate from sexuality, but in actuality, they are intertwined.

April 2000. The pores of the skin are used to remove the toxins that are released during the ascension process:
As the kundahlini runs, the molecules of the form begin to excite and rotate at a faster pace. This increased molecular pace creates a 'heat' inside the form, which can go so far as to cause dripping sweat. This heating up is a part of ascension, and it is a sign of regeneration and resurrection, not aging or menopause. The sweating allows for the toxins to leave via the pores of the skin that are being cast off in the biological transmutation process.

BATHS AND SALT SCRUBS
Our channels have discovered that the use of mud baths and mineral pools, particularly those with sulfur, are most effective at detoxifying both the form and their energy fields. They quickly learned that if they failed to bathe one night, they were miserable the next day for the form would be overly toxic. So nightly baths have become a part of their ritual even to this day.
If sulfur baths are not available in your own region of origin, there is a product called 'Batherapy' which is a mixture of sulfur and minerals nicely mixed with chlorophyll so that it doesn't smell that can be added to your own bath. Mila and Oa relied on this mixture for nearly a year, in addition to frequenting the mud baths and sulfur springs of Calistoga.
There is also a product known as 'Fango Mud' which is a form of silica aspirin taken from fresh volcanic ash that can be added to your bath. Fango Mud has also proven to be an effective detoxifying agent and has the added bonus of relieving the minor aches and pain associated with ascension.
There are many essential oils that can also be added to your bath. Our channels have come to rely on essential oil of lavender, which is known for its regenerative properties; spearmint, which stimulates; and oil of eucalyptus, which draws toxins from the pores. Often they create their own bath mixture of these three essential oils mixed with salt and almond oil and then use it either as a scrub or in the bath.
Salt scrubs are useful as they remove the dead skin cells, which allow the form to become increasingly efficient in detoxifying. To create your own salt scrub, mix two cups of sea salt or Epsom salt with one teaspoon each of essential oil of lavender, spearmint and eucalyptus and six tablespoons of almond oil. Mix well. Following each shower, take a palm-sized amount of the scrub and spread it all over the body, wait two minutes, rinse and towel dry. The scrub will remove dead skin cells, and the essential oils will draw out toxins for up to two hours following. The salt scrub is useful with each shower taken daily or at night as a substitute for a bath.

June 2000. THis time we are given some insight into the interaction between the sun's frequencies and the radioactive residue of Maldek.
As humanity was seeded upon Earth, the distorted frequencies of the sun along with the residue or radioactive energy from the destruction of Maldek began to distort the human thought-form. Such a distortion translates down to a biological level, for the skin of the human species was designed to absorb frequencies from the sun and translate such frequencies into nutritional components necessary to the health, well being and sustenance of the form. If not all of the frequencies necessary to sustain the health and well being of the form were available, the biology would naturally transmute or alter over time as a result. And this, The Order of Rize has discerned, is the first cause of the first drop in consciousness for the human species as seeded upon Earth. The continued bombardment of the human species with radioactive frequencies causing the magnetic energy of the human field to slow is deemed the second most prevalent cause of the fall in consciousness following the original seeding of humanity upon Earth.

The lack of awareness was not the original truth and expression of the original humans seeded upon Earth some 50,000 years ago by the Sirian star system. Earth welcomed the Sirians and those of human form of their race to remain upon Earth with agreements to support Earth in her choice to evolve and ascend. The original seeded human race was "red skinned" and "black haired", although there were some of lighter skin color and lacking in hair pigment as well. The lighter skinned humans were involved with the path of spiritual mastery, and served a specific purpose as they were gifted at communication with the realm of spirit.
The seeded race was welcomed by all species upon Earth. For many thousands of years, the human species lived in honor of the land and all species therein. The only technology utilized was that which was in harmony with the land, and did not produce toxins that could not be recycled. Because they were a peaceful settlement, it never occurred to the Red Race to stock up on armaments or others devices necessary for protection. In hindsight, perhaps it is understood that this was a mistake, for as a group of Pleiadian and blue tinted humans that had "white skin" invaded Earth, the red man was defenseless. The red man subsequently lost his land, and lost consciousness as well.
The Pleiadians polluted the waterways with toxins that caused a deterioration of the Red Man's consciousness. The toxins came from discordant technology similar to present time technology and waste. Over time, both the Red and Blue human race lost enough consciousness to fail to hear the realms of spirit upon a regular and recurring basis. In the lack of hearing spirit, mankind moved further and further from unity with all species upon Earth.
