In April 2000 we can read about possible weather changes for the first time:
There will also be a change in Earth's weather patterns, which will related to the global warming and the cleansing necessary to allow for global ascension. Those areas often devoid of water for many years or centuries of time will balance out, allowing for water to flow in what is known as the many desert regions of Earth. The balance of water flow is a reflection of the re-balancing of Earth's energy field, which will provide equal chi or energy to all parts of her global body. Rain is one form of transferring energy to a region that is in need, and those areas that have been starved of rainfall have also been starved of the energy necessary to ascend. This will change in the coming quarter century.

In March 2001, the Buffalo Species mentioned this topic of weather changes in relation to cleansing and they give a reference to reptilians' interests:
Some regions shall not be cleansed through earthquake but rather through flooding or storms, or even firestorms. Again, the vibrational density calls in the water or fire to cleanse the region. The kingdoms, air, fire, water and earth, are all working towards Earth's ascension, and are indeed conscious. At this time, weather is no longer under the control of any other species, but earth as a consciousness directs the weather wherever the next layer of density requires the most cleansing.
For many thousands of years, the Reptilians controlled Earth's weather patterns. They have done so to incubate their eggs within the 4th dimension, and their eggs require certain weather patterns to provide them with enough chi to hatch. Earth has transcended her agreements to allow the Reptilians to incubate their eggs upon Earth or control Earth's weather patterns as of late, and it is anticipated that such eggs shall be removed in full as Earth no longer provides the fertile ground for their survival.
As such, all weather patterns are cleansing in nature. Sometimes, indeed hurricanes and tornadoes are a manner in which the energy can be forced to move where it is stuck, particularly in the denser places that humans occupy. This is also so with forest fires. Again, one can tune into nature and listen. Nature will tell you what is up coming, and how to take personal action for your own safety.
However, humans whom are ascending can assist Earth, thereby altering the requirement of a major hurricane, firestorm or earthquake to shift the vibration in a particular region upward. Ascending humans may assist by allowing their field to be utilized in unity with the nature kingdoms for such purposes within the region that one lives or travels to. Mila and her beloved Oa often visit many regions for the purposes of moving the energy on behalf of Earth's ascension, along with releasing human karma that is required for Earth to continue to evolve.
So can each contribute in this manner if they so choose. All that is required is that one offer to assist in meditation, particularly right before falling asleep, and the necessary changes to allow such assistance shall be brought forth during dreamtime. In so doing, each ascending human begins to honor the land again, and it is with great joy that I Buffalo shall watch as many "light workers" willingly agree to assist Earth in this manner!
...Does this sound harsh? Perhaps. However, Earth is not the cause of such an outcome. When one dishonors another, whether the other be another human, an animal, nature, or Earth at large, one shall experience dishonor in return. This return is known as karma. Much of the disastrous potential future for humanity in relation to Earth changes is the result of their own karma of dishonor towards the land haunting them in return.
The future is not set in stone. The future can change. However, in order for the future of the impending earth changes to be somewhat modified and not kill humans by the millions, more humans will have to choose to ascend and modify the energy flow in the denser regions heavily populated by mankind. The more humans that can awaken to such a purpose, and choose to ascend, the less traumatic the earth movement and weather need be to accomplish Earth's goal of continued ascension.

In June 2002, we can read about possible reasons why certain places are picked for 'cleansing' weatherpatterns. We can also hear about ways to effect the weather. A very interesting article from the Turtle Kingdom:
Is not starvation a problem in certain sectors of human civilization, and in particular, in parts of Africa? How can earth modulate her weather providing enough water to grow the food necessary to feed the human populace if the human populace is unknown to earth due to the separation of dreams? This is the problem with separates dreams; earth knows not of human presence for it is the dream that allows her to know and sense such. Now that the dream has been rewoven to include ascending humans, future generations will not know such hunger, as weather patterns will be adjusted to assure that all species are provided for, including mankind.
Nature disasters often put humans in great fear of nature. Humans being outside of earth’s dream cannot likewise sense when the dream is calling for earth movement, flood, tornado or hurricane to cleanse a particular region of a particularly dense and stuck energy. In not sensing the impending movement, humans are caught in a disaster that might be avoided otherwise. This too is due to a separation of dreams. Humans further build cement structures in regions that are bound to be hit by such forces over time, and the very nature of cement calls the disaster to the regions; for cement creates the very dense energy that requires the cleansing.
Cement or anything seemingly permanent is not a good foundation to build any home with, as earth is continually changing her surface to meet the needs of her own ascent. Into the future, such earth changes will speed up, and if one fails to pay attention, one could build a home today only to discover it destroyed by earthquake or flood tomorrow. It is for this reason that Turtle guides humans to find natural places to construct the home and to work with nature in the planning. One can build a home from natural elements provided from the land.
In earlier history, humans took from the land to construct your homes. This is witnessed in the “log cabins” of the United States and Canada, along with the natural thatched houses of those in tropical regions such as Hawaii and Tahiti. Such dwellings did not collect negative energy that would cause earth to create such a large natural disaster to cleanse; furthermore if such a disaster did develop, such homes could be easily reconstructed from the same materials as before as they are already provided for by the land upon which one lives.
Much of the natural disasters ahead are simply the result of the nature of cement, and in particular, the cement used to construct your cities and suburbs. Cement and rebar collects radiation and electricity. Earth is purging electricity and radioactivity at an ever-increasingly greater speed in her own ascension. Those regions that continue to collect such vibrations will become increasingly dense against the backdrop of rising vibration of the countryside; the increasing density will draw a natural disaster to “move the energy” in such stuck points global wide. This will call earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes and floods to such cities and suburbs. As humanity learns to build in alliance with earth and in natural materials that are resonant, such a dance will be avoided into the future. Mila has long learned that weather will follow her conscious intentions. Following a workshop she taught in Hawaii in 1998, and noticing how much nicer the vibrations of the islands were; she intended that California (where she lived at the time) rise and match Hawaii’s vibration. What occurred following this intention was two years worth of rain and flooding of unusual proportions as her intention called in storm after storm after storm to assist in the cleansing of California. California did rise in vibration, and this supported her ascent until she moved to Hawaii to live a few years later.
Since this time, Mila has also noticed how her intentions affect the weather. She has been working in collaboration with earth to balance the weather patterns to allow for an entirely green island in Hawaii. This is important, as earth wishes to be green from region to region around the globe, as it is the lush plant life that supports her skin in holding the vibration upon the land. At this time, the island of Oahu is completely green all the way around. It took over 2 years for the weather patterns to be corrected, and Mila worked collaboratively with earth to allow this to be so. A model was first constructed from the island of Kauai, which is considered the garden island by the Hawaiians because of it’s lush flora and fauna and heavy rainfall that falls upon all parts of the island. As the energy movement was altered around Oahu to mimic Kauai, low and behold the weather patterns altered to allow for a totally green and lush Oahu to emerge! The weather balanced itself out.
This success has caused Mila to move on to her next project on behalf of earth, which is to balance the rainfall upon the Big Island of Hawaii. Upon the Big Island, is it much more difficult as there are many more desserts. Mila has found that desserts are the result of a lack of divas or angels to call the rain to the land to grow the plants for which they hold the genetic blueprint for. In global trauma, often divas are crushed, or sometimes they have been moved elsewhere through human ancestral expression. As the karma upon the land is released and the divas retrieved and restored, soon the rain begins to fall and the plants begin to grow again. It is anticipated that the weather upon the Big Island will be corrected no later than by the end of 2004 allowing for the emergence of a totally lush and green island all the way around.
Why is this so important to Earth, the balancing of weather in Hawaii? As a template is constructed for Hawaii of balanced rainfall and water, it will then be implemented around all of earth. As the karma for how the divas in certain regions were lost, sometimes which is the result of nuclear warfare or testing, and sometimes simply due to other painful moments in earth’s history, the divas will return. As the divas return, they will call in the rainfall to construct the plants for which they hold the genetic blueprint for, and earth will be green from end to end again. In so doing, there will not only be enough rainfall to support all species including mankind anywhere one so lives; but the flora and fauna to support earth’s continued ascent into the future will also be present global wide. Much like Mila, those living in dessert-like regions may work with earth to support the rebalancing of energy flow and assist in the release of land-based karma and the recalling of divas so that the rain may begin to fall again. This is what becoming a steward to earth is all about in Turtle’s estimation.
Turtle reminds ascending humans of the power of your thought-form. As one chooses to intend rain, so it will rain. If one’s garden is filled with divas, they will call in the rain for oneself as needed to sustain the life of the garden. Alas most seeds do not grow vegetables filled with divas, as farming practices are so painful that soul has withdrawn. As an ascending being, one can call the divas back, inviting them to dance within one’s garden again. In so doing, the garden may ascend and provide the necessary nutrients to support one’s own ascension. Furthermore, the garden will call the rain in necessary to sustain its health and well being without the requirement for outside water.
As humans recognize their innate power as ascending beings, one will see that one can be at home wherever one is, and learn to work again with the divas and elements to provide for one’s garden, oneself, one’s family and one’s community. However one may wish to move out of the cities and be in the country in order to allow nature to dance with oneself. Nature cannot dance with those living within the cities; one will have to leave and find a new means of living from the land again. Those that choose this path will be greatly rewarded and supported by all kingdoms upon earth. One shall not starve or be harmed in the years ahead as a result; and one will be guided to move as the earth changes make one’s current residence soon to be uninhabitable for whatever reason. In so doing, one will survive the coming times of change ahead.

In December 2002 the Great Central Sun spoke about changes in weather patterns. Regions would need to be re-ensouled in order for Earth to balance them. Deserts would start to receive more rain in the process. This rebalancing of weather is scheduled to be finished near the end of 2007.
TOXIC CLEANUP AHEAD
Mila has focused this year in particular upon what is required to retain enough balance and health in the form to ascend and live to witness the coming times of cleansing and entry into the photon belt. This has been the primary focus of earth and all sentient ascending species, as health and balance are necessary to push through the heavy boundary that the photon belt represents. (See “Ascension Transmissions IV” section for more information on retaining health in ascension). Earth in parallel manner is gearing up for a massive cleansing of her toxic regions. Such regions are toxic not only from pollutants that mankind has perpetrated, but also toxic from destructive records rifted in time upon her surface. Most places that are desert like or lacking in life hold records of devastation. Some of such devastation is associated with nuclear warfare or nuclear testing of mankind. Such regions are on target to be cleansed of their toxic memory in the coming year, and in so doing; the weather in such regions will rebalance allowing the rain to fall again and life return to the land. Such regions will be ensouled again; for at this time any region fractured in pain upon earth’s surface is soulless.
Humans living in such regions may assess if the land under one’s feet holds soul or not. If not, one can actively participate in releasing the land-based trauma that caused soul to fracture, and assist earth in re-anchoring soul therein. One will find as an ascending human that soulless land feels oppressive or tiring to live upon; as there is no consciousness to interact with or foster an exchange of chi enhancing the vibration of both oneself and the land. It is in the dance of energies between ascending humans, ascending species, and the land that all can ascend together. If there is no soul upon the land, then there can be no dance of energy, and it is difficult therefore for the kingdoms or humans living upon such land to ascend. As soul returns, all can change, and all may ascend.
Many initiates in Mila and Oa’s Group Mastery Program are beginning to work with the land that they live upon or travel over and to, to assist earth in re-ensouling the land. Over 30% of earth’s global landmass is soulless. 18% of this is underwater, and dolphins and whales are being asked at this time in particular to travel to such regions and assist earth in releasing the trauma and ensouling the land. The remaining 12% is primarily desert regions upon all continents. As more humans join hands in the choice to re-anchor soul, this can be accomplished far more rapidly in such regions than without such support. We invite ascending humans reading this material to intend to interlink in dreamtime and through the new consensus of ascension to assist those regions that are soulless to become re-ensouled.
...There are additional massive time rifts in the center of Australia along with the Kalahari Desert in Africa. These time rifts are not of human cause, but due to the impact of the destruction of Maldek, another planet in your solar system, some 6 million years ago. As Maldek shattered, portions of each planet in your solar system rifted in time. Earth is on track to heal such rifts of time in the 2004-2005 timeframe. In 2004 and 2005, Mila and Oa are guided to travel hosting small events for those in their Group Mastery Program in South Africa along with Australia to assist in the repair. In so doing, such land will be able to hold soul, and soul will call in the genetics and water necessary to sustain life. Earth is on track to balance all weather global wide no later than 2007 and entry into the 18th star gate towards the Great Central Sun.

In April 2003 we can read about the rebalancing of global weather again. There has been a change in schedule, apparently, from 2007 to 2010.
Weather is on its way to be rebalanced global wide by 2010. This shall bring rainfall to the barest of deserts at this time in history, allowing all living upon such land to grow whatever they need to subsist. This shall bring an end to the starvation that is generally the result of difficult weather patterns, and an unwillingness of humans of wealthier countries to share food resources. This too shall be a sign of the emerging balance between giving and receiving in the dance between nature and mankind.

ABOUT GLOBAL DREAM WEAVING: BALANCING THE WEATHER
In parallel to human existence, Earth as a global vessel experiences fracturing of dream; it has been in the ascent to 1024 as a foundation of vibration that Earth began to reweave her dream, causing the extremes to begin to lessen upon her global body. Earth was on course for an extinction cycle; this has been reversed now and Earth is healing. Recently on the BBC news, a report was made that Earth has been getting literally “greener” since 1999. This report was due to the study of Earth’s physical form on the part of those receiving global photos from satellites. It was in 1999 that Earth attained initiation 108 in the physical, or began in other terms to reverse her extinction cycle.
Although earth is much higher in vibration today than in 1999, there are still extremes in weather. Some regions are deserts and receive no rain, as they have no water element or divas (small angels) to weave the life upon the land. Such regions are deprived of that which sustains life, which is no different than a human life that goes homeless or hungry. Mila and Oa have been working upon balancing the weather upon the Big Island of Hawaii so that it is green all around. This has been a tougher job than upon the island of Oahu, which retains a balanced weather all around now due to the work that was completed upon in conjunction with Earth in 2002.
Upon the Big Island, Mila and Oa have discovered ancient karma; the karma is not generally from Earth but from some other creation and was depressed upon Earth, perhaps even in ancient times. Such karma shatters the divas or water element, causing the experience of a desert in certain regions. As the karma is returned to the creation of origin, the divas can be restored along with the water element to the land, and then the rain begins to fall again and the grass grows. Grass is now cropping up in regions that looked like barren wastelands upon the Big Island up until now. The hills and valleys of Waimea are also now green like Ireland rather than brown as in Wyoming.
This has pleased Mila and Oa as they often take their drives around the island to get visual feedback as to how their work is going with Earth. Earth is so pleased that their work will end at the end of this year, and Mila and Oa will move on to Kauai to fulfill upon their next global agreements, which involve opening the fourth dimensional portholes for the ascent to the next dimension. This work will retain them on Kauai until they exit physicality through the merger of the physical with the nonphysical some 40 years into the future, it is estimated by the Tao.
However now Earth is going on to apply the energy dynamics and shifts that worked upon the Big Island to other regions that are difficult in terms of weather patterns global wide. In the deserts of the Middle East, there was karma from the explosion of a nuclear bomb 30,000 years ago on the part of the Anu. This has left the region diva-less more or less ever since. This is now upon the repair as the region has been pulled into present time due to work Mila and Oa fulfilled upon in Greece over the past two years. Now that the region is in present time, the karma from the era of the Anu is releasing from the land; as the karma releases, divas will return to the land along with the water element, causing what was a barren wasteland to flourish again.
ABOUT RAINFORESTS
In Africa, there are many deserts where the divas have been shattered and the rain element has disappeared. These regions are much like the Big Island, are filled with warfare karma from other creations that had been anchored upon earth in ancient times. This karma is now being returned to the creation of origins due to global ascension, and the divas and water element restored. Over time what has been desert in Africa will become lush rainforest; this is necessary as the rainforests are being destroyed in South America at human hands. Rainforests provide a special energy flow that is gold and silver to earth and hold the photonic energy so that it can be amplified in ascension. Some rainforests such as those in Australia also hold remembrance of the times inside the dream of the Great Central Sun. Earth shall regenerate herself of the needed rainforests; however this may not necessarily occur where the rainforests once existed, at least until humans cease to destroy such regions of domain.
As humans mutilate the rainforests, the soul retracts, as it is being shattered; this causes the divas that spin the genetics for the re-growth of what has been destroyed to be too shattered; alas the divas are no longer present to fulfill upon the task of re-growth. The end result is that the rainforests do not re-grow but the water element is still present and to a great degree due to the requirement for the rainforests to thrive. The end result is massive mudslides due to the lack of vegetation to support the amount of rain. This has been problematic in South America, and will continue to be so until humans learn to work with the land to repair the divas that they have shattered. As this occurs, then there is the possibility of regeneration of the rainforests. Perhaps those who are ascending in South America will gather and begin to bless the land, much like some Japanese have been blessing the water with incredible results. As the land is blessed, the divas will be restored, and as the divas are restored, the land or water goes from dying to thriving again.
ABOUT CAUSES
Mila and Oa do not take on causes, such as “Save the Rainforests”, or participate in global peace meditations. Why? Focusing upon causes only polarizes one dream into the physical and one into the nonphysical. Perhaps rainforests would cease to be mutilated in South America, but begin to be mutilated in Australia; as the mutilation of rainforests must occur in human behavior in extreme polarity. The only solution is to ascend; through ascension one ceases to express extreme polarity at all, and in so doing the desecration of many regions around the globe at human hands can cease.
Causes actually contribute to the swings in polarity. In recent times, you have seen the “green movement” develop in the West. This has caused a non-green movement in the East. Indeed the East perhaps has more toxic waste per square mile than any other region, including Japan, Singapore and India. Industries that were not permitted to pollute in the West simply moved to the East and carried on. Pollution is pollution; air travels from one region to the other, as does water. One is still immersed in the pollution therefore nonetheless regardless of where one lives.
The only solution is to ascend; through ascension there will be greater capacity for earth herself to transmute the toxins that have entered her blood (waterways) and body (land). Mila recently read a short article about bacteria that was beginning to decompose certain forms of plastic; yes earth is conscious and she is beginning to create mechanisms to allow for her own toxic cleanup at this time in her evolution. What will amplify this process is the increasing temperature also known as global warming; as earth heats up, all life grows at a more rapid rate. This allows for more generations of plants and animals to be born crystalline, and bacteria and other organisms to mutate more rapidly into new forms that support ascension by devouring and transmuting manmade toxins.
CONSUMPTION OF SOUL AND DIVAS OF THE LAND
In China, the land is overgrazed causing an ongoing increase of desert like wasteland and dust bowls. Such regions have no water element or they would become regions of mudslides instead as in South America; the divas of the land in China are consumed along with the flesh of the cattle, goats and sheep that are grazed upon it. Those of Tibetan Root Race have learned to consume soul through the flesh that they eat; so this is also so for many species of the water.
Often those of Korean, Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese origins that hold Tibetan root race over-fish a region until it can no longer sustain life. There are many dead coral reefs in Hawaii due to over-fishing of those of this origin that relocated unto the islands to work the pineapple or sugar plantations in the 1800’s. Such humans took their habits from home and applied them to the oceans of Hawaii, causing many reefs to go extinct. The problem is not just with the over-fishing, it is that those of Tibetan inheritance tend to consume the soul and divas of whatever they eat; this causes that which they consume to fail to regenerate as there is no soul, divas and nonphysical forces to weave the life in the etheric causing the fish and life to go extinct.
Perhaps those who are ascending can bless the fish and food and land consumed in this manner in China or Hawaii, or anywhere else that it is occurring, and in so doing the divas will return to the land or sea and life will begin to regenerate therein. The blessings will also allow for the return of the water element so that the rain can begin to flow in regions that were once dust bowls. In so doing, one as an ascending being will assist earth with the rebalancing of elements and weather patterns so that there is enough provisions for all into the times of cleansing ahead.
This is apart of the focus of Masters Conclave in 2004; to assist earth in bringing an end to deserts or wasteland that has occurred due to human involvement. Human karma for soul and diva consumption is to be released this year, along with karma for homelessness, hunger and poverty; In so doing, the weather may re-balance allowing the rain to fall where there was none before; this will allow the crops to grow in places in extreme lack, such as Africa where the greatest numbers in poverty and hunger exist in human form; life will also return in the sea..
