Heb je ooit wel eens een moment gehad in je leven, misschien na een relatiebreuk, of na het verlies van een baan of een andere traumatische gebeurtenis, waarna je diep zuchtte en dacht: "Goed, en hoe ga ik nu verder met mijn leven?" Een van de redenen voor zo'n ervaring kan vaak zijn om je aan het denken te zetten. Om even stil te staan bij je leven en je af te vragen wat je nou eigenlijk wilt met de rest van je leven. Begin je misschien met iets totaal nieuws, of probeer je zoveel mogelijk door te gaan op de manier zoals je gewend bent? Laten we eerlijk zijn: veel mensen denken niet echt diep na over hun leven, tenzij ze ertoe gedwongen worden.

 

De wereld als geheel is nu op zo'n punt aangekomen. Wellicht heeft de gemiddelde persoon, die helemaal verwikkeld is in zijn eigen problemen, die zijn best doet om de touwtjes aan elkaar te knopen, niet veel tijd of neiging om zich bezig te houden met het grotere geheel. Degenen die wél tijd hebben om erover na te denken zouden toch moeten zien dat onze huidige werled over het algemeen niet zo'n leuke plek is om in te leven. Er zijn oorlogen waar je maar kijkt - tussen naties, tussen buren, tussen familieleden, tussen concurrerende bedrijven, tussen sporters onderling en tussen hun supporters. Er is zelfs sprake van oorlog in onze lichamen, telkens wanneer een of ander bacterieel leven of iets anders ons lichaam probeert te overmeesteren in een ziekte. Ik vermoed dat veel mensen simpelweg hun schouders ophalen en zeggen: 'Zo is het leven, wen er maar aan!' Maar een weldenkende mens moet toch zeker kunnen zeggen: 'Hee, wacht eens even: het kan toch nooit de bedoeling zijn geweest dat het leven zo onaangenaam hoort te zijn; wie zou in hemelsnaam in staat zijn om zoiets te creëren? Waarom is het zoals het is?'

 

Nou, dat is nog eens een goede vraag. En er zijn gedurende de eeuwen vele antwoorden voorgesteld. Ik wil je nog een andere voorstellen, welke ik een aantal jaren geleden tegen het lijf liep. Een antwoord dat ik met je wil delen in de hoop dat het je, net als mij, een nieuw perspectief op het leven geeft, met al haar schijnbare problemen en onrechtvaardigheden. Een antwoord dat je wellicht naar een veel beter leven zou kunnen leiden, als je tenminste bereid bent het eens te proberen. Als je denkt dat het vast weer een of andere religieuze beweging is, dan kan ik je vertellen dat dat niet het geval is. Echter, het is wel spiritueel - zoals alles in het bestaan uiteindelijk gebaseerd is op de spirituele dimensie van het leven. Dus, als we werkelijk de ware aard van de zaak willen onderzoeken dan is het onvermijdelijk dat we ook wat spirituele informatie moeten vergaren omdat daar de cruciale feiten terug te vinden zullen zijn.

 

Een van de onderscheidende kenmerken van mensen is dat, waar ze ook gevonden worden, ze altijd het vermogen ontwikkelen om taal te gebruiken om te kunnen communiceren en denken over het leven en hun levende omgeving. Zelfs de meest 'primitieve' mensen doen dit. Onder de meest ontwikkelden zijn er mensen die filosofie uitoefenen om zo de hele dag door aan het leven dat hen omringt te denken. Van alle dierensoorten op de wereld is de mensheid de enige die in staat is om hun woorden te verbaliseren en zelfbewust te zijn. Dat betekent dat wij, niet zoals de dieren, het vermogen en de mogelijkheid hebben om onszelf te beoordelen en onszelf te laten ontwikkelen. Sterker nog, vanuit een hoger perspectief gezien, wordt van ons verwacht dat wij bewust ons best doen om te groeien. Ons leven is veel meer waard dan het alleen te gebruiken om te eten, slapen, werken en te reproduceren! Dus eigenlijk zouden we moeten proberen bewust te zijn en te letten op de tekens en handreikingen die de wereld om ons heen ons aanbiedt, om zo verder te kunnen evolueren.

 

De Maya's, die vele eeuwen geleden een beschaving hadden in Midden Amerika, ontwikkelde een hoge mate van astronomische kennis en ze hadden tevens zeer accurate kalenders; hun hoofdkalender eindigt in het jaar 2012 n.Chr. en zij voorspelden dat er dan iets compleet nieuws met de wereld zou gebeuren. De Hopi Indianen hebben een soortgelijk idee. De Vedische sagen van India baseerden hun kalender op cycli van meer dan honderden duizenden jaren, en zelfs langer. Ze bakenden ook grote evolutionaire cycli af. De Egyptenaren hadden ook een tijdslijn die terug te vinden is op de binnenmuren van de hun Grote Piramide, welke evenals de andere, dat enkele evolutionaire cycli rond 2012 tegen het einde lopen. Deze beschavingen namen de tekenen en de inspiratie in acht die hun wijzen ontvingen, en zij geven ook ons handreikingen. Deze tekenen zeggen ons: 'Wordt wakker mensen, en let op: er is iets groots gaande! Verspil dit moment niet want je kunt iets cruciaals doen voor jezelf en voor de wereld. Probeer er meer van te weten te komen!'

 

Er zijn andere tekenen die iedereen kan zien, welke wijzen in diezelfde richting, neem nu de algemene achteruitgang die het wereldmilieu vernietigt, maar ook de regenwouden die onze zuurstof leveren en die onze klimaten stabiliseren, alsmede de oceaan en het land dat ons voedsel verschaft. Deze lijken af te stevenen op een onherstelbare terugval en de uiteindelijke verruïnering. De globale opwarming maakt zich ook warm om significante veranderingen in onze wereld teweeg te brengen.

 

Dus, wat zou dat dan voor kennis zijn, die de doorbraak zou kunnen inhouden die we nodig hebben? Ze zeggen wel eens dat zodra de leerling er klaar voor is, de leraar verschijnt, en dat gold zeker voor mij. Sinds mijn jeugd was ik altijd al geïnteresseerd in de wereld om me heen, en wat de wereld deed draaien. Een aantal decennia terug kwam ik het begrip ascentie tegen, in mijn zoektocht naar het concept evolutie. Ik las over de mogelijkheid om dit ascentie-concept persoonlijk te beleven, maar het was toch allemaal vrij vaag en het bleef dan ook wat hangen ergens achter in mijn hoofd. Echter, in 1998 kwam ik op het internet in aanraking met wat teksten van twee mensen die hadden besloten om hun eigen evolutie door ascentie in eigen handen te nemen, om het daadwerkelijk zelf te gaan doen. Ze documenteerden hierbij hun ervaringen van het proces zodat anderen het wellicht ook zouden kunnen proberen.

 

My eyes and ears "pricked up" at this; I felt that I would follow this up for sure. At the time, I had an ailing wife to care for and no finances to spare, so all I could do for the next three years was to eagerly digest the articles as they were published. When my wife eventually succumbed and passed away, and our house sold, I was able to take things a step further and go overseas to one of the events that these two people held periodically and meet them personally. We did not have much contact that time; but from my considerable experience of meetings and events with spiritual people, I realized that these two were genuine teachers and doers, and were the ones I could learn from. I have been to numbers of other events of theirs since then and follow their writings, and my opinion hasn't changed.

 

Let two things be said at this juncture: firstly, that the process of ascension is actually something that humans were originally designed to do as a normal conclusion to their lives; and not something that only a "Chosen One" could do. However, on Earth, enormous problems developed with the process due to interference by certain forces; and so the possibility of ascension has been subject to great distortion and repression, and virtually forgotten as something one could choose to do.

 

Secondly, that although one can be taught many tips and ways to avoid the pitfalls, no one can do it for you, and the process is unique for each, so it is at best a guided but self-hewn pathway. Self-hewn??? Well, yes; its not that easy at this stage in history - the pathway's little traps and tricks are still being fully mapped out, and you have to work at it; but much progress has been made with this for the earlier ascent, and as time is getting short, if this idea appeals to you now is the best time to start, and "Intend to Ascend". In many cases, people who are destined to ascend in this lifetime will recognize this information and feel motivated to take it up. My aim in writing this booklet is to put some simple facts about the ascension process before you, so that you may get a reasonably clear idea of what its all about, and evaluate for yourself whether or not it is for you. If it is, then you can further your studies at the Spiritual School Of Ascension (SSOA) website if you so desire. This is the clearest and most detailed account of the process that I have seen.

 

WHAT DOES ASCENSION INVOLVE?

 

First of all, let me explain that although I may state what I say in "authoritative" terms, that is simply because I accept these things as true - I no longer hold them as "tentative", in most cases, and I want my explanation to be clear and concise. However, you are under no obligation to take them as your own truth until you feel in your heart that they are true for you. There are no "guru" figures in this matter - you always have your sovereign right to accept or set aside as you see fit - only understand that one's appreciation of what is true will be subject to expanding as study and practice proceed.

 

I said above that there have been big problems in the past with the ascension process, which is why it fell into disuse and was hidden from general view.  However, as I indicated above, the time has come to find our way again or lose the opportunity; the best estimate that our highly ascended friends have been able to get for the end of the age and the old ways of living is about 2018 A.D. - so the Mayans and others appear to have made a good estimate. I am writing this in 2004, so that gives us fourteen years only; not a long time to accomplish a such a momentous change in our lifestyles as ascension!   Why the rush? Well, we are up against a "cosmic deadline" here, the concurrent ending of several cycles of time and evolution; and as you might expect, this cannot be delayed any further (human awakening was delayed due to interference in the 1980s, for a decade). The beginning of the new cycle will bring in a greatly increased vibratory rate of everything existing, and our present un-ascended bodies are as yet too dense to stand this - they would get shaken to pieces and get ill from the intense energies which we will experience when we enter the coming age. This is why we need to refine both our physical bodies and our ways of thinking, relating and feeling and our whole society, to cope with the changes which, even now, are being prepared for on a world-wide scale.

 

SO WHAT IS ASCENSION ALL ABOUT?

 

The fine details are complex and technical, but the main principles are fairly simple and easy to grasp (provided one has an open mind). Ascension is about refining oneself and becoming more unified - as an individual, and as a species partaking of life on Earth.

 

When mankind was first seeded on this planet, the bodies were much more healthy and of higher quality energy, and humans were much more unified, collaborative and compassionate in their society than they are now. A lot of the ancient pre-history of humanity has been recovered by those in the forefront of ascension; and it is a long and fascinating story, explaining much. One can read it on the SSOA website. However, for now it must suffice for me to say that due to interference with our evolution in many ways by forces bent on their own agendas (the "dark forces"), and due to interbreeding with human travelers from other stars, genetic experimentation, creation of slave races, and several nuclear wars (which devastate the genetics among other things), the average un-ascended human now has but two of the 36,000 strands of DNA activated, compared to the most advanced humans ever to have graced the planet. Since our approach and attitudes to life and our spiritual maturity are intimately bound up with the completeness of our DNA and physical bodies, you can see that there's a lot of rebuilding to be done! And that is something that cannot take place overnight - it takes some years at the very least, even to get well started.

 

THIS CRUCIAL DNA STUFF....

 

What the scientists know as Desoxy-ribose Nucleic Acid - the substance of our genetics - not only contains the instructions for making every part of our bodies, but also is a recording medium for every experience, trauma, disaster, karmic debt, triumph and talent that our ancestors had. For we are the extension into present time of all the ancestors of our ancestral lineages! And there are millions of them!  Down the long trail of our ancestors' lives, the various problems and wars and other difficulties that they were faced with degraded both their consciousness and their DNA. And with these traumas and unbearable experiences, our ancestors' souls fractured off into semi-independent pieces and became "lost" in the state they were in that caused the fracturing. We have to collect them up again and make ourselves more whole by allowing them to integrate with us, forgiving the circumstance.  In essence, ascension is about running the scenario in reverse and recovering our lost wholeness and high status - which was designed to be as a representative of God / Goddess (or High Spirit if you prefer) in the physical dimension, with all the magnificence that that implies.

 

WHAT DOES REVERSING THE FALLS OF MANKIND MEAN?

 

In practical terms, a lot of work - that only each individual can do for themselves! There are no saviors or other people who can do it for you, although they may tell you what worked for them. Some may also be able to pass on the healing of Spirit to you; but you must ask them to do so, and be ready within to receive it. However, there's one bonus - your own "future ancestors", or those relations who carry your lineages into the future, do get the benefit of the "cleaning up" of your DNA that you do, as it comes to them already processed.

 

Here is a brief overview of the processing that I understand to be a necessary part of ascension; I will enlarge on each further below.

 

Clearing the karma: Karma is a term that denotes the Law of Balance, or Cause and Effect. Any abusive or dishonoring thing that one does to another causes an imbalance to be registered in the DNA of those concerned; this is then a limitation of some type which has to be forgiven and cleared and the lesson it teaches absorbed, for the limitation on spiritual progress to be lifted.

 

Growing a new physical body: Here we rebuild our bodies by bringing in our ancient ancestors' DNA, which has the potential to provide us with a body that is stronger, more healthy, able to anchor Spirit (that is, our souls) much more completely, and can store more life-energy. Refining our thought forms: Hand in hand with the first two points above is the intent to change any of our habits of thought and relating to others that are abusive or do not honor them as brothers and sisters. Quite a lot of abusiveness is more or less unconscious; we need to become aware of it and deal with it, getting right down to the bottom of why it is happening.

 

Connecting with Spirit: This means daily meditation practices and immersing ourselves in the healing energies of Nature by going for walks and swims in natural settings, for example.

 

Checking our systems regularly: We have to develop the ability to check both our physical body and our inner bodies and energy systems to keep tabs on what is going on in them and take steps to rectify any perceived problems.

 

Keeping alert to changes required for our continued ascension: We need to become proficient in picking up and interpreting the "mirrors" that life's experiences bring to us regarding our inner status, as Nature and daily situations often warn the alert ascender of something in their inner life that needs attention. "Outer circumstances reflect inner realities".

 

Intending our future: Humans were designed to be able to think of ideas that would be beneficial to themselves and others to implement, and then live to see and experience them in their own lives. In other words, planning what you want for your life, and setting the energies in motion to bring it about. We call it "being the Dreamer and the dream".

 

Keeping Giving and Receiving in balance with our Earth Mother by offering to do some World Service to help Earth and her living species ascend - another purpose that humans were designed for.

 

If you come across any terms with which you are unfamiliar, look up the Glossary at the end of the booklet, and you may find it explained there. I am trying to make my story as easily readable as possible, but there are some terms that cannot be avoided.

 

CLEARING THE KARMA

There are three basic principles that I want to explain:

 

(1) We are Creators and do create our own reality!

I mentioned above that we humans are designed as representatives of Spirit in the physical world, and this means that we are Creator Beings, Commanders of reality; and that whatever we think or do creates our experiences. Now take that seriously - because it is true!!!

 

You may think that this is obviously an untruth; and I have to admit that it often does not look as though it is true, on the surface. The main reason is due to a lapse in time between the creative cause and its eventual effect coming into being. If everything happened instantaneously, then any fatal mistake in thought or action would result in our death before we could understand what went wrong! So there is a time delay in our "educational experience", to enable us to take it all in. The time delay is even more extended if our ancestors made the mistake and didn't experience the results in their lifetime. Because each one of us is the present-day extension of our ancestral lineages, any cause they created which hasn't already been balanced or hasn't had a chance to come into the physical world, can now surface in our experience! This is very confusing (the "Why me?" situation) but nonetheless true. And this is one of the things we learn to deal with in ascension.

 

The fact that we create our own reality can be used to our advantage, instead of being appalled by it! If we don't like our reality as it is, we can set about changing it - by intending the changes that we want. Sometimes it may take some effort, because there may be other "stuff" in the way that we have to deal with first; but it can be done if we are willing to follow through and be persistant. More about making intents a bit later.

 

(2)  The Law of Karma

If one is abusive or dishonoring in any way, the law of karma ensures that we both receive "feedback" by way of like experiences, and must consciously intend to forgive and make good our mistake. Otherwise the experience keeps repeating every so often, to keep reminding us that we have some unfinished business; and that it will not just go away until we attend to it.

 

Most unfortunately, in our part of the Universe, True Law and karmic laws have been fiddled with by high beings that wanted things to go their way; and for thousands and thousands of years this has led to gross injustices and imbalance in the affairs of all on this globe of ours. However, the laws can only be deferred for so long, and this is coming to be rectified. As the Cycle of Time mentioned above comes to a close, all this has to be  straightened out, and in fact, this is one of the jobs that those who choose to ascend and evolve themselves are slowly but surely helping to do.

 

Karma has an energy-signature associated with it, which identifies who it belongs to; and no one can properly release someone else's karma. The originator is the only one who can deal with it fully. However, one of the abuses that humans have fallen into the habit of doing is to transfer their karma into someone else's auric field, and because the someone else has karma for their ancestry having also done this in the past, it sticks and can act! But since it does not originate with the recipient, they cannot release it, but instead must send it back to the one whose signature is on it. All this makes the subject of karma very complicated and confusing. Fortunately, by and large one can intend that the karma - when you become aware of it - go back to its originator, and as energy is intelligent, it will. However, for any karma or unpleasant experience that you cannot deal with, there must be an agreement somewhere to have it in your field; and this also needs to be acknowledged and broken. There is a further hitch: the dark were in the habit of "combusting" karma and agreements which they didn't want one to be able to find and release - smart, eh! However, knowledge is power; and knowing this one can intend to resurrect and reconstitute such karma or agreements, bring them into present time, and release or break them. How do you know if an agreement is combusted? You have to be able to test if this is true, and I will detail some techniques for doing testing a little later.

 

(3) Its all in the DNA

I think you've probably got that message by now! Its the crucial stuff we have to deal with and update with DNA from our ancient ancestors who had the unity-based lifestyle and (to us) amazing capabilities and bodies. Physical DNA is a transcription into physical substance of etheric and finer-level DNA that exists at inner levels or dimensions; for everything that exists has its pattern or blueprint at higher levels. We will intend to bring in and weave into our own bodies as much of the tens of thousands of strands of DNA as our ancestry can allow.

 

There is a bit of a problem with this. What if our ancestry stops at a laboratory in which slave races with cut-down DNA were genetically engineered? Well, apart from the fact that such a person would be most unlikely to have any interest in ascending in the first place, it is true that they wouldn't be able to take their ascent any further than their ancestry goes at its highest point. This means in effect that they really are not suited to ascension; and in fact there are large numbers of humanity in that category, for one reason or another. It will mean that they will simply live out their lives in the time left before the end of the age and the new changes take effect, at which time (or before) they will go through the death process and survive as consciousness, in the form of non-physical ancestors. If their DNA is primarily from another star system, and incompatible with Earth, they will be transferred to that world and get the opportunity to ascend there, some time in the future. For that sort of genealogy upon Earth is very dense and low in vibration, and has to be cleansed off the Earth for Earth as a planetary home to be able to ascend in the time-frame allowed. This will happen from now on in, as disease, accidents and other disasters clear the planet of those who for one reason or another cannot or do not ascend - and one can see this happening in the day-to-day news broadcasts. Human karma is thereby discharged by people experiencing it, which takes the load off Earth; so it all serves. In understanding the truth of this circumstance, one can look at it with compassion as something that is necessary. These people are doing what they can to help Earth in her ascension. We who put our efforts into ascending help Earth in that way.

 

However, that said, many of us in the Western civilization of "white" inheritance do have some slave lineages in our ancestry, but those suited to ascending will also have ancestry of the ancient, original races; and it is the DNA from these that we will aim to incorporate into our beings. The karma within the slave lineages has to be released, then they are sealed and have no further effect on our progress.

 

To more or less wrap up this discussion on "clearing karma", one of the things we can do as ascending individuals is to check each day, by testing, whether or not there is any karma coming up for release; and we can choose to defuse any nasty experiences of it by releasing it or otherwise dealing with it, trying to understand the lesson of it, forgiving all concerned (since at some time or other we've all "been there, done that"), and intending the matter balanced and healed. In this way, ascenders can deal with karma ahead of time, and avoid many traumatic experiences and have a more joyful and extended life. This as you can imagine is a great boon; but there is a price - you have to work at it. It is also true that many karmic incidents of the same type will be stored in the same place in our bodies and DNA, like the layers of an onion; so that karma that you release today may come up again a few days or weeks or months hence, until all the layers are cleared; when this is accomplished, that karma or experience will no longer happen for you.

 

There is another way to deal with karma, and that is, to daily run a cleansing, vitalising natural fire called "Kundalini" through our bodies. I will have more to say about this in the section on meditation.

 

GROWING A NEW PHYSICAL BODY - THE CRYSTALLINE CONVERSION

 

The ancient Grand Master ancestors (the ones with 36,000 strands of DNA) were about ten feet high, had very large heads to accommodate the brain and extra glands that enabled them to physically embody their vast spiritual abilities, and lived for about 2,000 years. The Red Race ancestors who were contemporary with them had 15,000 strands of DNA and led peaceful tribal lives; they also had a long lifespan. Many of the internal organs have atrophied in humans since that time and the structure densified, due to the loss of DNA and subsequent loss of consciousness; and these we have to intend to rebuild.

 

You will probably be familiar with how a butterfly caterpillar, when it has matured, goes into a pupal (or resting) stage, in which all of its body tissues are reorganized over the course of some weeks, into those of an adult butterfly. The tissues are broken down into a sort of goo, and reassembled into the butterfly, which then emerges. In a somewhat similar way, human tissue is transformed in ascension into a form that is longer-lasting and is able to hold much more energy, which it needs to be able to do. Unlike the caterpillar though, there is no resting stage, as a human needs to maintain active life; so the process takes place gradually, in little pockets of tissue, over the course of several years. The genetics of one's ancestors are also being installed. Since this is a period akin to "growing up", one will find that extra food, different kinds of food, and extra sleep and rest are needed. One also is getting rid of a greatly increased amount of waste matter through bladder and skin, as the proteins etc. are replaced with new ones; so detoxifying with lengthy baths, swims, or mud packs will become necessary. During this time, one may find oneself getting larger in both girth and a little in height and shoe size - as the ancient ancestors were what we would regard as giants - up to ten feet in height! Fortunately it is seen as an unnecessary inconvenience to re-build to this height at this time in history - the energy is better spent in raising consciousness.

 

The new cellular structure is known as "crystalline", because the cells are surrounded in fatty substance, and contain extra salts. Fat has a crystalline structure; and as anyone familiar with mineral crystals knows, crystals are able to store energy. The crystalline conversion allows a physical body that is able to store the much larger energy needs of an ascending being, and the cells do not any longer need to die and be replaced every so often, as the previous body cells do. All this energy is needed because it is the physical form that provides the energetic basis for supporting a global (or larger) auric field. So the body's metabolic rate increases quite markedly. There are also "new" (actually resurrected) organs that grow to assist in the energy-production and management, the increase in spiritual awareness, and the preparation for ultimately being able to obtain all or most of one's energy requirements from the air and sunlight - as the ascending body's energy requirements eventually far outstrip what one could get by eating and digesting physical food. One of the more easily recognizable physical signs of ascension is the formation of a "Buddha Belly". This is due to the diaphragm becoming hollowed out into a number of blood pockets, in which several forms of sugar are manufactured, to supply the growing need for more energy. The slim look for women may be what men think they desire; but it profits one little in ascension! One has to take back one's power to be what one needs to be, if serious about ascending. And if he truly loves you, he will honor you and allow!  As you will have gathered, the physical body and its DNA are the basis on which are supported the higher spiritual attributes and consciousness of a human being.

 

There is a lot of detailed information on the SSOA website at <www.ascendpress.org> which I won't repeat here, as if you are interested in ascending you will need to read much more extensively than this - which is mainly aimed at letting you explore the idea.

 

REFINING OUR THOUGHT FORMS

 

A thought form is a particular way or approach to thinking about something, especially in relation to others or other living beings. Some thought forms have at their heart "service to self", while others embody the essence of "service to others"; and some are middle-of-the-road and take the whole group or community or the whole of Earth into consideration. The thought-habits that we have, we have inherited from our ancestors, and from the thought-patterns of our society or culture.

 

When the "end of the Age" comes along in about 2018 A.D., the planet will be entering the auric field of the Great Central Sun, from whence the Earth and Solar System came many millions of years ago,  suffering many falls of consciousness and density since. You may have come across mention of this event as the passing into the "Photon Belt" in metaphysical literature. The thought forms within the field of the Great Central Sun are balanced and "middle-of-the-road", with none of the polarities expressed like good and evil, competent and "loser", brainy and stupid, etc., etc. The vibratory state within the Great Central Sun is very high, and both Earth as a planetary vessel and ourselves will have to have matched the minimum requirements of vibration and thought form if we are to survive entry in the physical. Those who cannot, will at best remain alive in the physical only a short while, as the energies will be too strong and make them ill. This is why we have this deadline of the year 2018 by which to have recovered our unity-based ways of thinking and acting, if we are to remain physically alive and embodied after the new age begins.

 

You may think "Gawd!!! Why hasn't someone told us about this before now???" Well, humanity has been asleep - and kept so as much as possible by the dark forces opposing ascension, so that they would retain dominion over this part of the Universe. Humanity is the only species on the planet that is not en masse intending to ascend with Earth at the end of the age.

 

Physical death, by the way, is not the disaster that most people think it is, because consciousness carries on and associates as an ancestor with those who embody our lineages or are relations. However, the only humans who can act and be what they were designed to be on the physical dimension are those who are embodied; so if you want to be among them, there is still a little time left in which to prepare.

 

As we "intend to ascend", and start to bring about the repairing of our DNA and energy field, there will be a natural tendency for our thought forms to follow suit, as thought form and consciousness is based on the state of our DNA; but to help this process consciously we need to become more aware of the motivations behind what we do and think and say, and "self-correct" by noticing if our thoughts betray an extreme polarization and seeking to balance them into a position that exemplifies a unified, compassionate way of thinking that honors all of life. There will be karma and agreements from our ancestry which need to be released.

 

There is an energetic tool that is available to us to facilitate this process, and it is called "The Language of Light", and can be downloaded from the SSOA website or ordered through the website as a computer CD and set of Language of Light Tarot cards in a cloth bag. There are various spreads that you can set out to help you determine what Tones of the Language of Light you need to balance your auric field, or what the indications are in explorations of any issue. Also on the website is a Polarity Checking Chart, which helps to locate the thought forms that we particularly need to change, and the Language of Light Tone that will energetically help to balance them to the corresponding Unity thought forms. There is ample experiential evidence among SSOA initiates that the Language of Light is a very effective tool for assisting the ascension process.

 

The Language of Light is made up of quite a large number of distinct creative energies or Tones, which can be registered by our senses as colors, symbols, and sounds. They are stored in the centre of the Earth, in a sun-like structure called the Aurora, and are also emitted by our solar sun. These energies can be drawn into and through our inner energy systems by putting our attention upon them and intending to draw them in, say, while we are doing our daily meditation or walking in Nature. One can also contact and infuse oneself with them by looking at the cards, which bear the appropriate symbols and colors.

 

There are a number of articles on the SSOA website going into great detail about the various kinds of thought forms and patterns that humanity have been used to over the ages and which need to be transcended in order to facilitate the ascension process.

 

CONNECTING WITH SPIRIT

 

The connection that the average human of today has with their soul is very tenuous, and comparatively few could say with certainty that they have ever had clear, conscious contact with it. In ascending, one aims to change that! Human beings were designed to "channel" or give voice to Spirit, but unfortunately the most common spirits that people channel are entities - personality entities and a host of others that are just waiting for the opportunity to act in the physical world. This we have to learn to gradually skew in favor of our own true spiritual parts, our souls, as the agenda of these entities is often contrary to ascension. To do this, we need practice (like any other skill).

 

I should perhaps mention here some of the types of soul and non-physical parts that we have, so you have a clearer idea of what we are talking about. I will go even deeper into our various bodies, energy-systems and how they relate when I discuss keeping tabs on what is going on with them.

 

Souls in a general sense, are non-physical "partners" with human beings, in that when they embody into a human being, they will do so on the basis that the physical human has some life-lessons to learn that are similar to the souls' lessons, and thus the two types of beings can help each others' evolution in their interaction. There are several types of soul that interact with humans to assist in the embodiment. Firstly, there are Dragon Souls (what we would commonly mean by the term "soul"), whose designed role is as creators, and managers of the embodiment and its eventual ascension. There are several groups of these; the lowest level (closest to the physical) is the "Soul" or I AM Presence. Many of these (with their humans) go to make up an "Oversoul", and a number of Oversouls go to make up a higher group of souls called a "Source". So you have three tiers of souls that you can appeal to for help and guidance; and they will do their best for you to the limit of your ability to be guided, as they have a vested interest in seeing you evolve and ascend.

 

The second type of soul is the Angelic or angel; and these range in experience and purpose from your Body-Angel and Record-Keepers down to the littlest deva that tends to the wellbeing of a cell. The Body-Angel is in constant touch with your Dragon Soul, and can provide a physical link by which those of us who are not naturally clairvoyant can know what's going on in our inner processes (more about that shortly). The Record-Keepers and Librarians keep the records and information that comprise your body's "operating system" (by which it knows how to carry out its functions properly), and your ancestral records and such.  A major task of the angels associated with you is in transcribing the ancestral, higher-dimensional DNA into physicality according to the blueprint presented by the Dragon Soul.

 

The third type of soul in your entourage of souls is the Serpent Soul, of which there are many thousands in your embodiment; for they weave the microscopic grid work and lay-lines that form the foundation of your energy-body or etheric body, and allow the transmission of life-energy through the meridians to every cell and part.

 

Isn't our embodiment an amazing piece of work? And it wouldn't be possible without our team of many thousands of helpers!

 

Now be aware that it is the physical consciousness which has the ruling say over what happens with the embodiment (when one is prepared to take that sovereign responsibility), and the non-physical associates are to assist, not to force one to do this or that (as has often been the case in the past ages). It can sometimes happen that for one reason or another some of your "helpers" may not do a proper job; and if you suspect that this is so, you have the right to ask for an assessment by the Ascension Counsels in the Aurora, governing human ascension, and get replacement souls if need be.

 

Now - ways in which we can connect to Spirit.

 

You may have heard the phrase "Go within". Your soul is anchored in your heart, in what is known as the "soul cavity" just behind the physical heart. One way you can practice getting guidance from your soul is to intend to do so, and feel what your heart-feeling is, concerning the issue under examination. This takes practice, although if you can do it, it provides the most accurate guidance available to you.

 

Another way to connect to Spirit is to set aside some time daily for "tuning in" to your soul and doing a meditation. In fact, whatever else you do, such a time is very much recommended as a way to start your day and "set the tone". You can not only check your inner systems, set your boundaries and make your intentions, but take the time to practice listening to soul and the Earth Mother.

 

Another way you can connect to soul - and Earth and the Nature Kingdoms - is to go for a swim, or take a walk in Nature, or sit and meditate in natural surroundings. This is a good way to get back into tune if you have become "rattled" by some adverse happening in your life. Your body needs to feel the comforting caress of Nature!

 

A further way to connect is by using the Language of Light cards, perhaps selecting one or a spread each day to help you tune in to these creative Tones. There is also a computer CD of the "Blessings from Nature" Tarot with another set of cards, to put one in tune with particular members of the Animal Kingdom who are helping with human ascension.

 

There are many meditations for doing various things on the SSOA website; and with a little thought, you can make up your own as well - let your heart guide you. These CDs can be recommended, and are particularly useful when one doesn't feel up to doing a meditation on one's own; or excellent for getting back into tune after a problematic experience, when you want a "guided meditation" you can listen to.

 

"Synthesis Meditation" has three sections, the first is a short ceremony in the tradition of the North American Indians, in which you set up your sacred space and acknowledge and call upon the ancestors, the Nature Kingdoms, the Four Elements, the Non-physical Worlds (of Soul), and your multi-dimensional connections. The next section deals with running the kundahlini fire and clearing karma, and the third section is a meditation for synthesizing one's auric field into a rainbow of Tones, which pushes from the field any of the beings, entities or psychic debris that do not resonate with one's ascension.

 

"Elements Meditation" is for balancing the Four Magnetic Elements of Fire, Water, Air and Earth in one's field and bodies.

"Everyday Blessings" is a meditation in which you bless your ancestors and the Nature Kingdoms and all of life for miles around where you live.

 

CHECKING YOUR SYSTEMS

First of all, what are these systems that we have in our "inner selves"?

The template or "blueprint" for your physical body is provided by the etheric body, which is made of physical matter that is finer than a gas, and currently "unknown to science", although there are techniques using photography and high-voltage discharges that can render it visible (Kirlian Photography). The etheric body also distributes life-energy or "chi" to the physical body through a network of channels the Chinese know as "meridians"; and they use acupuncture to help stuck energy to move in them. Within the etheric body near points in the physical body where there are important nerve centers, are the etheric chakras, or energy centers. The word "chakra" (meaning "wheel") comes from the Sanskrit language, because the yogis of India knew about these. They look rather like vortexes of moving colored energy in un-ascended people, and change in shape and number as one ascends. There are also channels for energies that can be used to clear karma, that run up the spine from the basal chakra in the tailbone to the top of the head, and a set of side channels that run up either side of the body. The energy is called "kundahlini", and is called up from the centre of the Earth, qualified with whatever color of purifying fire is needed, and directed by conscious intent to burn off karma of your own that you become aware of.

 

Enfolding the physical body are a total of four bodies that are finer still than the etheric; these are the Emotional Body - usually the closest to the physical and enabling one to feel; next furthest away from the physical is the Mental Body, which enables language and logical abilities; next out is the Intuitive Body, which enables one to connect to Soul and Spirit; and the last body is the Creative Body, which enables your intents for your life to be sent to the Sun, whence they are returned down the seven manifestation planes into the physical world for actualization. You need to know how these four "subtle bodies" are faring, and take steps to heal them as needed, to be able successfully to have your dreams or projects come to pass in the physical, and to ascend.

 

Finally, as you ascend, your outer auric field or extended personal "energy field" slowly becomes enlarged and filled with energy, until it becomes global in size quite early on in your ascension. You will understand that having such an extensive field with a large amount of energy in it is a big responsibility. It can be used to create wonderful things and do great service; but if misused it can also do great - even global - damage. This is why humans who ascend to high levels must pass stiff initiation tests to prove beyond doubt that they are harmless and will under no circumstances use, or allow other beings to use  their power for harm. This, of course, was the reason for the ancient restrictions on this knowledge; "but the times, they are a'changing", and in order for Earth to successfully ascend, this knowledge is urgently needed to be known by all those who are able to use it wisely and will "put shoulder to the wheel". Anyone ill-advised enough to use this knowledge to harm will likely soon be found out by the Ascension Counsels now in place and governing human ascension; and in any case, any mis-use would swiftly rebound on the user.

 

HOW TO CHECK YOUR INNER SYSTEMS

 

Everybody who aims to evolve themselves and ascend needs to have some method of telling what is going on in their "inner world", so that they are forewarned of a problem coming up and can keep tabs on what is happening. Such a method is known as a "method of divination", and many have been invented and practiced throughout the ages. Some people are naturally clairsentient, and can see or sense what is going on in the non-physical worlds with relative ease. Some get a very clear feeling in their heart, of what needs doing. The rest of us are "in the dark" as far as that goes, and must rely on another method. One can use Tarot cards, Runes, or a kinesthetic method like muscle-testing or swinging the pendulum. The general idea is, use whatever method works for you. There are a few basic things you need to do before using any divination method. Since there are some beings out there in the non-physical part of our universe that don't want you to take your power back and ascend, then in order to help protect yourself from false answers to your questions you have to ensure that you are grounded to the Earth, have intended your field cleared of interference, are running your energies in the proper way for your gender, have synthesized your field, and that you invite your higher parts of self to help you, and tune in to them.

 

GROUNDING:

 

This is one of the most important things to do and keep doing until it becomes habitual; as if you are properly grounded to the Earth, you will be protected from physical harm and much in the non-physical as well. You can visualize putting down to the centre of the Earth, an energetic grounding cord, like an anchoring cord; and then pull down from above you the rainbow-colored grounding energies from the Sun. See these beautiful, vibrant energies flow down through your field,  subtle bodies and etheric body like a waterfall, that washes away from you all the emotional debris and "stuff" that you are releasing today or that someone else has dumped on you, down the grounding cord to the centre of Earth, where it will be transmuted and cleaned up.

 

Engaging with a fantasy such as a movie show or a TV program tends to unground one; and then the non-physical beings that oppose ascension can enter your field and lead you on "a merry dance" far more easily, as your soul tends to become disengaged from your physical body or form. Learn to assert your power and command over the non-physical, and disallow this interference with your intentions to evolve and ascend!

 

INTENDING TO CLEAR INTERFERENCE:

 

Tell all personality entities and other interfering beings in no uncertain manner to clear out of your field - send them down to the centre of the Earth for examination. There they may be recast (be "sorted out" and put in their right form and place), or if really harmful, removed from Earth.

 

When you make a statement beginning with "I intend....... ", whatever follows those words is anchored and empowered in the physical world; so making intentions is a major creative tool that you will be using a great deal in your ascension pathway! Intents should be clear, concise, and if possible state what you want rather than what you don't want, as placing your attention on what you don't want gives it more power (which is another thing that you don't want!)

 

RUNNING YOUR ENERGIES PROPERLY FOR YOUR GENDER:

 

The energies of your subtle bodies and other energy flows that you have in your field run one way in males and the opposite way in females; for instance, females normally rotate their subtle bodies around their physical form clockwise (or from left to right as you look out of your own eyes), while males rotate theirs anticlockwise. I won't describe all the other flows just now; simply make the intention that your energies will flow in the proper way for your gender, and the energies, which are intelligent, will follow your command.

 

Some females in Western culture have got into the habit of running their energies as a male, because it makes them feel more powerful and confident; but if you "reverse polarize" like this, it will give you the answer opposite to what it should be when you try to test your truth by using a divination method. Indigenous people are usually better grounded and running correctly polarized energies, because they have this innate ability within their genetic makeup. "White" people have in general lost this innate ability, so they have to make conscious intent that they run their energies the correct way, until the habit becomes established.

 

SYNTHESIZING YOUR FIELD

 

As I said in connection with the CDs that you can buy from the website, synthesis of your field means that you command it to synthesize into a complete rainbow of Tones of Creation, without beginning and without end. This has the effect of pushing out of your field anything that is not yours - any interfering entities or beings. The Tones of Creation that you have access to at your particular level of evolution can be visualized as the various colors of the rainbow - at the beginning of your ascent they will be primary colors, and later on the pastel shades of the Language of Light, as you bring these into your field.

 

INVITING HELP IN TESTING YOUR TRUTH:

 

I mentioned above the various types of helper soul that you have associated with you - particularly the Dragon Souls and Body Angel. All of these beings, though mostly unrecognized by Western culture, are interested in seeing you evolve and ascend because it helps them too. So they are ready to co-operate with you when you ask them to help you discover what is true for you about anything in your life that affects your ascension. Since they honor your sovereignty, they will await your request before giving you their advice; but they will be well aware of karmic happenings that are "on the horizon" for you, and health problems threatening, and generally what is going on in your inner world - which you will want to know about. Feel out these beings and make friends with them!

 

MUSCLE-TESTING AND PENDULUM AS WAYS TO TEST WHAT IS YOUR TRUTH:

 

These are two ways of testing what is true for you that rely on minimal or no equipment, and are therefore easiest to do anywhere. They are both "kinesthetic" methods, which means that they rely on your Body Angel communicating with you by using a group of muscles to indicate a "yes" or "no" answer to questions that you ask. Of course, you have to ask a question which is specific, clear and unambiguous in order to get the answer that you need. For instance, if you ask "Do I need to buy a new car?" the answer may be "yes" - but now is not the time to buy it, because cash flow problems are foreseen by your Body Angel. However, you didn't ask "Do I need to buy a new car NOW?", and so this important piece of the question was left out - the true answer would probably be "no". How does the Body Angel know to advise you? Firstly, it is in contact with your soul, who can often see well into your future; and also what is stepping down the dimensions to happen to you in the physical takes some time - up to 8 years for un-ascended humanity (it speeds up as you ascend); so these things are already known by your soul and Body Angel.

 

In testing your truth you are also exercising your Intuitive Body, as that is used in communicating with your higher-dimensional self; so as you get more practice with this, your ability to do it accurately will improve.

 

To muscle-test, do your grounding and "setting-up" intentions, then make your thumbs and forefingers press together to form rings and interlink these. To accustom your body to doing this, ask it to indicate a "yes" and try to pull the interlinked digits apart, then do it asking for a "no". You should hopefully be able to detect a difference in the muscle tone and ease of pulling apart - weak muscle response indicates a "no". Practice further, and test it out by asking something you know the answer to, like a name that is not yours, and a name that is yours. Remember that you can't ask a double question like "Is my name Bill or Susan?" because that will lead to an ambiguous answer. Try to make your questions simple, clear and unambiguous.

 

PENDULUM:

 

To use a pendulum, take any small object of your fancy of a few grams weight on the end of a thread or chain - often pendulums can be found in jewelry shops or knick-knack shops. The weight can be wood, stone, or metal; even glass or plastic can work. One with a pointed end is the easiest to see where it is swinging. Some people like a long suspension of up to eight inches or so; I find it best at about 3 to 4 inches. Holding the suspension in the right (or left) hand between the thumb and first finger, - having done your "setting-up" - ask for a "yes" indication, and allow the pendulum to establish a movement. Do the same for a "no" response. I use pendulum for my sensing, and for me, a clockwise rotation is a "yes" and a side-to-side movement is a "no"; but it may be different for you. Test it out and practice as above. With both muscle-testing and pendulum, you have to be really wanting to know what is actually your truth at the moment, and be as unattached or neutral about the result as possible - wishing for a particular answer can skew the result in that direction.

 

The pendulum can be used in a number of other ways - it is more flexible than muscle-testing, which can only give a "yes" or a "no" answer, although some people can get pretty quick at going up a percentage scale by tens and then refining it by ones. You can draw a nearly-semicircular arc on paper, and divide it off into segments of say ten or fifteen degrees, and mark each radius with a numerical value or a text value; and then use the pendulum to swing from the central point out along the radius that indicates the answer to your question. One good way to mark the semicircle is in a "percent" scale, 0% to 100%; then you can test many of the things you want to know about - for instance, your body's health, your toxicity, your chakra clearness, and so on. Be creative, and keep practicing! If you have absolutely no success, maybe the information to allow you to test in this way is missing from your information libraries; intend to get it back, and intend to release the karma for it being missing. If that doesn't work, perhaps another method will work for you. Keep trying!

 

Be aware that any divination or testing system can be over-ridden by a dark soul or being bent on messing you about, that manages to get access to your field. If you ever suspect that you are not getting the right answer on a question, ask "Can you tell me the truth on that?" - and if the answer is "no" or unclear, something is interfering, and you need to clear it. Re-ground, re-synthesize, and check if you are clear. On occasions you may have to be very assertive and even scream at the offending being (mentally, if doing so aloud would scare the neighbors!), or intend to shatter it and send the pieces to the solar sun for disposal.

 

WHAT DO WE NEED TO CHECK?

 

If you take up the ascension path seriously, there will be many things you will want to check out each day, and many others you may do each week. Keeping tabs on your inner workings consciously requires a goodly lot of attention and a fair slice of time; but is necessary if you want to succeed. It all depends on your priorities!

 

To begin with, I used to check the following each day after my synthesis meditation and clearing:

 

Is my grounding properly done? Are my grounding chakras intact and in good order? (There are 7 sets of lower grounding chakras beneath your feet).

 

Are my major chakras intact and okay? (There are 7 major chakras to begin with,  and these expand to 12 (and more) later in the ascent). Are my upper grounding chakras okay? (There are 144 chakras in your upper grounding that connects you to your soul, Oversoul and Source).  Am I properly polarized for my gender? Are my subtle bodies intact and okay? What percentage of my subtle bodies (emotional, mental, intuitive, creative) are present, with respect to what should be present at my stage of ascent? (If not 100%, release the karma for the missing parts and intend to retrieve them). Grid work: Is my etheric grid work intact and okay? Genetic grid work? Ascension grid work? Be aware that there are three types of grid work in your embodiment - the etheric grid work that forms the foundation of your physical body, the genetic grid work that sits just on top of the etheric skin and contains DNA about to be woven into the etheric and physical, and the ascension grid work, which is above the genetic grid work and contains DNA from your ancient ancestors that is in process of being downloaded from higher dimensions for eventual incorporation into the physical. This DNA and information, until it becomes physical, is particularly vulnerable to removal or corruption by other humans or dark beings who want it for themselves; so it is a good idea to "keep your eye" on it. If some of it goes missing, it will mean either that you have karma and agreements to give it away (probably following a pattern that your ancestors had), or it is a non-karmic manipulation by the dark. If legitimate karma, release that and any agreements, and intend to retrieve your grid work; if a manipulation, intend it reported to the Karmic Counsels, and retrieve your grid work.

 

Is my Light Body and its subtle bodies and chakra system okay? The Light Body is another you at a level one octave above the physical; this must also ascend for you to ascend in the physical. Is my Synthesis of Tones complete with all the Tones of Creation that I need in my ascent to date? Are any of the Tones corrupted? (If so, release the karma for it and retrieve new Tones from the Aurora). Are all my dreams for an ascending life in good order and coming down into the physical as they should? Cross-check - have any of my dreams been manipulated? Given away? Added to or infiltrated? Is there any karma that is up for dealing with today that has not already been dealt with? Are there any health problems that I need to address? Is my ascension on track as it should be? Are there any beings, souls, entities, dark beings, psychic machinery in my field that are not serving my ascension?

 

As you progress in your ascent, you will become aware of heaps of other things you will want to check; but the above gives you some idea of the time and thoroughness that is required. You can see that a bit of detective work is needed if you find something is wrong, as it is most effective if you can track down exactly what it is. A possible scheme to proceed by in this case is:

 

(1) Is this caused by legitimate karma? Or, is it a manipulation? (If manipulated, intend it reported to the Karmic Counsels and return to sender - intend to break all associated agreements which also may have been inserted for you to have the karma in your field).

 

(2) If legitimate karma, ask to be inspired to know what it was about, and test the correctness of any ideas that spring to mind. Then intend to release it and forgive all concerned, in the knowledge that we've all "been there, done that" at some time or other in our ancestral past. Test if there are agreements also involved, that you will need to intend to break. If no, test if there are combusted agreements which are hidden; if so, intend to resurrect and reconstitute them, bring them into present time, and break them. In the past, the dark would often "combust" agreements and karma in order to hide them; but they still act as if fully present, and have to be winkled out for their effects to cease.

 

The Mirrors that are presented by happenings in your day-to-day world

Because "Life is an educational experience", what happens in your physical surroundings often "mirrors" something that is going on in your inner, invisible world. You then have some clue - if you can recognize it - as to what needs to be attended to, such as some approaching karma for accident or other experience, or an invasion of your field by an entity or unhelpful soul. I guess this is the basis of the old idea of "omens" - you take notice of anything unusual or significant that is going on around you. But you don't have to fear it; you use it to advantage. Ascending people have found this a useful source of information about their process. Working out what a mirror may mean, and if it is a significant mirror for you or not, is an intuitive skill that will develop with use. In the first instance, you can test (using a method discussed above) whether or not the happening is mirroring something to you, and if so then go on to explore exactly what. For example, if you come across several dead animals on a journey, someone (maybe in the non-physical) might be wishing you to die. Test and see. Is it your karma? If so, intend that it is released and all parties forgiven; and restate your intent to ascend! Test and see if the matter is now dealt with, or if you need to do more with it. Perhaps it is karma that someone else has dumped on you - test - and if so, return it to sender, and ask that a psychic guardian being is placed to make it stick. An invasion of ants or other insects in your home could mean an invasion of your field.

 

It may all sound like a bit of a business; but remember that when you take into your own hands to evolve yourself and ascend, it is up to you to see to these things, and make as thorough a job as you can.

 

Setting Your Boundaries

 

Your boundaries are intentions that define what you will allow into your field or life experience, and what you will exclude. However, until you are fairly well on in your ascent, there are likely to be many agreements and karmas that, until released, will cause your boundary on this or that to fail. A failed boundary generally indicates an agreement or karma that needs to be released. It is often a long process, as karma of similar type sits in the same place in your DNA like the skins of an onion; so each layer has to be dealt with. Eventually, though, it will be cleared, and then the boundary will most likely hold. You can test if a boundary infraction is karmic or a non-karmic manipulation. If the latter, report it to the Karmic Counsels in the Aurora, who will take action against the being responsible.

 

Boundaries are set by saying intents for them. Some examples are:

"I set my boundaries that no one may interfere with my chi, moving energy systems, information or grid work unless they are assisting my ascension and have permission from my soul and Source, and my ancient ancestors".

 

"I set my boundaries that any false karma directed my way is immediately returned to sender".

 

"I intend to remain properly grounded, synthesized and centered at all times, and anchored in to the Aurora of Mother Earth".

 

"I intend Harmlessness on all planes, conscious, subconscious and unconscious".

 

You may be able to add to these.

 

Care of your Subtle Bodies

As I have said previously, there are four of these, made of finer matter than the etheric body - the Emotional, Mental, Intuitive and Creative bodies.

Just like other parts of one's embodiment, parts of these bodies are apt to be given away to, or taken by someone else, usually those with whom you have close contact like spouses, children, workmates, bosses, or friends. Quite frequently a spouse will swap part of their mental for part of your emotional body, and so on. Often an individual will have their emotional and intuitive bodies, but only part of their mental and creative bodies (or vice versa) - which makes for a partly incapacitated individual, as the creative, dream-manifesting process requires all four subtle bodies to be present in large degree. Thus, one needs to check every so often (if not daily) how much of your subtle bodies are present, and intend to retrieve and re-weave them if damaged, releasing as usual the karma for their being able to be damaged. Most of the people with whom you are in close contact will be there for the purposes of settling karma - you with them, or them with you; so until you can clear these karmas in your ascent and release these people from your life, interacting with them could allow the karma to act out (so that you become aware of it and have the opportunity to clear it).

 

INTENDING YOUR FUTURE - DREAM-WEAVING

 

The Aborigines of Australia had the concept of everything in their physical world being created by their ancestors in "the Dreamtime" and then being brought down into physical existence by their ancestors' physical actions at the beginning of their world. This concept has more than a little truth in it. The dreamtime planes that ascension students talk of today do serve a similar purpose - that of bringing forth as an idea, the "inner reality" for some creative project that is wanted, and then bringing this into physicality by stepping it down the seven Planes of Manifestation.

 

Every little thing in the physical world has a "dream" or inner-level pattern for its existence, or it doesn't exist! This applies to human beings like you and me as well - if ever our dream gets cancelled, things eventually come to an end in the physical, in one way or another. For un-ascended humanity, it takes about 8 years for something to step down into physical expression; but if you are ascending then the higher your ascent, the faster this process takes place; for really high initiates it can happen in less than 24 hours, so they have to be pretty darn careful!

 

Humans were originally designed to be "the Dreamer and the dream", by which is meant that they were to enrich the world by visualizing what would be good for Earth and her inhabitants and bring one joy, and then see and experience it as part of their own life. That seldom happens to the average man or woman these days, because there are all sorts of interferences to the process; but in ascending these are sorted out gradually, and one learns again to be able to bring into manifestation whatever one desires - so long as it does not interfere with Earth's ascension or one's own.

 

The main blockages to the process can be summed up in one word - karma. The karma may have resulted in subtle bodies that are not complete enough to convey the energies to where they need to go in order to manifest, or a situation where someone returns karma to you by stealing or otherwise frustrating your dream. If dreams persistently do not materialize, it is a sign that there is a blockage that needs investigating and clearing.

 

Some world service intents

The North American Indian tribes had the concept that "We do not own the land or the Earth; Earth owns us", implying that land was on loan, and that humans were here to serve Earth and the rest of her living beings. More and more in ascension, one comes to recognize that this is so. Ultimately, we are here to help Earth evolve and ascend; and our lives gradually become dedicated to bringing into physical form things which would assist that aim, and we go wherever our presence and energies are needed for the good and balance of the whole, honoring all parts of life for the contribution they make.

 

Quite a lot of our world service work will be done in dreamtime; but if one joins a school such as the Spiritual School of Ascension, there are also intents for world service that one is given to focus on, from time to time; and there are gatherings such as Intensives and Conclave events in various parts of the world, where the energies are needed - perhaps to bring forth some changes or collect up and open some ancient historical records, or for your own ascension to benefit from collecting records and lost ancestors from a particular locality - which makes for greater wholeness for you, and for all.

 

One world-service intent that I regularly say is: "I intend to ascend, and intend the global ascension of all of Earth and all species therein that can ascend". About five pages of world service intents were recently suggested to us by the ascending dolphins and whales; others are suggested from time to time within articles on the website, from which one can choose what one would like to focus on, or make up your own. It is really up to the individual as to how much time and energy one wants to spend. The "Everyday Blessings" meditation on CD is another way one can contribute in world service. It needs humans to do this; and if nobody does it, it doesn't get done, and then Earth and all upon her are the poorer, and an opportunity has been passed by.

 

Any intent you make becomes part of your dream, subject to the conditions mentioned above, and provided you keep it "fed" with your ongoing intention and therefore your life-energy or "chi", until it manifests. Earlier in your ascension, the Earth Mother (which is the consciousness of the planet as a collective of all life upon and in her) holds your dreams in her Manifestation Planes and monitors them for suitability. After a certain stage, you are able to take more responsibility for them yourself. By then, you will be fairly well on in your ascent, and better understand the process and your responsibilities towards everyone else. It is not something that is mastered immediately, but good to keep in mind as being the eventual sure reward for persisting in your process and self-evolution. Then you become truly able to be more and more the master of your circumstance, and able to fulfill your chosen service to life as a representative of God / Goddess in physical embodiment. When there are more people in the world like that, we may truly hope to have an era of peace and an acceleration of our civilization into a golden age, which has long been hoped for and predicted - even though others have seen other possible futures and predicted disaster! If more people of suitable caliber and persuasion can "put their shoulders to the wheel", the golden age will become a physical reality - and this is destined to have momentous Universe-wide repercussions, as Earth is aiming at setting an example of how a planet that sank so low in evolution can, if determined, reverse that circumstance and recover, rather than following many many others into extinction and failure.

 

I hope that the scope of that thought will inspire you to think of the ascension process as something you might want to do.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS  

 

Agreement: A worded statement allowing or giving permission for some action to take place or the presence of something in one's field, such as karma or a psychic machine. Nothing can take place in one's field without an agreement for it; conversely, if something untoward happens, there must be in one's being somewhere, an agreement. Usually if you want the happening to cease, the agreement must be broken by conscious choice. If the agreement has been hidden, say by combusting it, it has to be consciously commanded to be resurrected and reconstituted, brought into present time, and then broken. Then whatever it was that you wanted to be rid of can be dismantled or sent off and will not immediately return. Sometimes agreements like that have been in one's ancestry for many generations, even thousands of years.

 

Ancestral lineage: A line of descent containing related ancestors. Direct descent comes through the female parent.

 

Angels, Angelics: A type of soul or non-physical being which assists with physical embodiments by transcribing higher-dimensional DNA into physicality and holding the blueprints of the form; healing is therefore part of their service. There is a hierarchy of beings from the largest angels down to the tiny devas which work with a small part like a cell.

 

Ascension: That process by which a being evolves itself to a higher spiritual awareness and a higher level of vibratory action; involves (for humans) retrieving the genetics and consciousness of unity that one's ancient ancestors had.

 

Ascension Counsels: Beings from higher dimensions who have been given and have accepted responsibility for overseeing human ascension on Earth at this time in history; they test initiates who present to take their next initiation in the inner Ascension Temples, and oversee the administration of True Law in connection with ascension.

 

Auric Field: The energy-field that surrounds any living being. As one ascends, the auric field expands and stores more and more energy. It extends further out from the body than the subtle bodies. An initiate at 1024 strands of DNA has a global-sized auric field. Un-ascended humans have a much smaller one.

 

Aurora: A sun-like energy-construct in the centre of the planet, of high vibrational action, which among other things is a source of the creative Tones of the Language of Light, and where the Ascension Counsels reside.

Boundary: A limit or condition that one has set by means of a stated intent, allowing or defining what will be allowed or excluded from one's field and experience. A boundary is subject to the dictates of karma; so if karma is present for an infraction, the boundary will not hold until the karma is dealt with satisfactorily.

 

Chakra: An energy centre in the etheric or other finer body, which stores information and acts as an energy transformer and distributor. In un-ascended mankind they look like cones or vortexes of colored energy, rooted in the spinal column; they change shape and number as one ascends. The major chakras number seven - they are as follows: (1) the Root or Basal or First Chakra, at the tailbone, deals with grounding and physical survival; (2) the Sexual Chakra, in the pelvis above the pubic bone, deals with emotions and sexuality; (3) the Solar Plexus Chakra, which deals with power; (4) the Heart Chakra, over the heart, which deals with love and compassion; (5) the Throat or Neck Chakra, which deals with communication; (6) the Brow Chakra, which deals with vision; and the Crown Chakra, on top of the head, which deals with spiritual knowledge and the connection to Soul. After some ascension, several new chakras are added due to the increasing complexity of the field, and they also change in colour and shape.

 

Chi: Life-energy. On the in breath, one draws chi up from the Earth up the right side of the body, and upon the out breath it goes down the left side; thus with good breathing a circulation of chi is provided to each part of the body.

 

Combustion: A means by which karma or an agreement may have been hidden by the dark; however, the body treats it as still there, and so it has to be resurrected, reconstituted and brought into present time (by intent) so that it can be released or sent back to its true owner, as the case may be.

 

DNA: On the physical plane, scientists know this genetic carrier as Desoxy-ribose-Nucleic Acid, hence the name. As discussed above (which see), it is the recorder and carrier of one's ancestors' physical, mental, emotional characteristics, traumas and experiences, together with karma and agreements. The ascension process involves clearing the "stuff" or traumas and karma, and re-activating / downloading from higher dimensions, one's ancient ancestral DNA to enable a more unified way of dealing with life and the flowering of one's potential as a magnificent spiritual being.

 

Dream: A pattern for something one wants to make manifest in physical experience. Also, the energy-construct which exists behind the neck, like a football or egg, containing one's plans for one's life. Dreams need to be fed with one's attention (which keeps them supplied with chi). They are also vulnerable to being stolen, changed, swapped or shattered by other beings - humans are often adept at this!

 

Dreamtime: (1) The planes of Earth to which one transfers consciousness while one is asleep in the physical; much instruction and healing takes place there at night.  (2) The world of creative visualization or archetypal initial creation of the Australian Aborigines.

 

Dreamtime Planes: Planes of Earth in which exist the patterns or blueprints of what is coming down the Manifestation Planes to eventuate in the physical.

 

Etheric Body: A body made of physical matter that is finer than a gas, and made of many layers of fine gridwork. It is the foundation for the physical body, and distributes the life energy to it through fine channels called meridians (also known as nadis).

 

Form: Physical body.

 

Genetics: The assemblage of ancestral characteristics that ultimately go to form the physical body and determine the level of consciousness of any being.

 

Grid Work: A fine meshwork of etheric or higher-dimensional material which forms the foundation of a body. Humans have 3 layers of grid work that are principally involved with the physical body - the etheric gridwork, the genetic grid work, and the ascension grid work. The chakras and other energy-systems have grid work as well.

 

Grounding: The act, or actuality of making an energetic connection to the Earth and the Aurora therein. To be grounded is to have one's soul, oversoul and source also connected. If grounding is lost, soul withdraws, and then dark beings and entities can much more easily slip into one's field and take over command of it - usually doing things or making agreements that one would rather were not made.

 

Guru: A being in which one places one's trust to guide one - spiritually or in any other way. Usually a guru will lay down that "this is how its done", and you are expected to accept that and follow it explicitly. The inner reality of the guru-disciple relationship is that the guru imposes on you their truth and takes away your own truth. Since in ascension you are attempting to discover and grow into your own truth, a guru relationship is not helpful to anyone concerned.

 

Initiation: An initiation is "a beginning", and one is beginning life at a step higher level of wisdom, harmlessness and mastery, and hopefully can maintain and expand that. Since one's consciousness and mastery are intimately bound up with the number of strands of DNA that have been cleared and activated, initiatory levels are generally quoted in "strands of DNA" - of which there are 36,000 in an initiate at Full Consciousness. There are some benchmarks lower than this between the two strands of un-ascended humans and Full Consciousness. For example, at 1024 strands one has developed a global-sized field and generally has transcended a highly dogmatic outlook; at 3000 strands one is well on the way to a greatly changed and potentially more pleasant and productive life; at 6000 strands one becomes a master of Compassion, or Bodhisattva.

 

Intents: Creative statements or commands for what one wants to occur, beginning "I intend......" The basis of claiming back one's power over managing one's own life.

 

Karma: (1) The Law of Cause and Effect, or Balance.  (2) Any record of an imbalance that limits one and has to be suitably addressed and settled before one can be free of it. No one can burn off karma for another, so karma dumped on one by someone else needs to be sent back to the originator, whose energetic signature it bears. One just needs to intend this and it is so.

 

Kundahlini: An energy-system in the human etheric body that runs up the spine, and also has two side-channels up the legs, torso, and down the arms. It can be used to energize, to heal, and to burn off one's own karma.

Language of Light: An energetic tool consisting of a number of creative energies or Tones, able to be visualized as symbols and color, and which can be tuned in to and applied to help transform and heal one's bodies and field.

 

Lay Lines: Energy conduits - found in a web around the Earth, and also throughout the bodies of physical beings.

 

Light Body: A separate body double of oneself existing simultaneously with the physical, but on a level one octave above the physical. It has its own chakra system and subtle bodies, and is a sovereign, independent being - except that for physical ascension, both the physical and the Light Body must intend to ascend.

 

Lineage: Ancestral line of descent.

 

Meditation: An action in which one tunes in to (usually) one's higher being and / or focuses upon some spiritual aim, often to the accompaniment of suitable music, fragrances, and perhaps ritual. A means to withdraw temporarily from outer physical activity to focus on the inner realities.

Meridian: Also known as nadi in the yogic traditions; a channel for life-force (chi) in the etheric body.

 

Planetary Changes: A process by which the planet can make necessary changes to her body and populations in order to complete with limitations and karma, and ascend. As it stands at the moment (early 2004) the planetary changes will involve the dying off of all beings which for one reason or another cannot ascend enough to enter the auric field of the Great Central Sun (also known as the Photon Belt). There will also be major changes to the shapes of the land masses, as parts which are too dense in thought form due to human occupation are cleansed by submergence, and other parts arise. Ascending initiates will avoid such disasters by tuning in to Earth and being forewarned to move elsewhere.

 

Psychic Machinery: An etheric or higher-dimensional construct which has been programmed like a machine to act in some way in one's field and make one do this or that. There have been millions of them constructed over the ages to mechanize or program humans and other life forms to do various things for their creators - most of it an abuse of one's sovereignty. Once they are no longer needed they must be tracked down, the agreements for having them released, and the machines dissolved and replaced by the conscious activities of soul. Often when soul withdrew more and more from embodiment in humans, due to the degradation of the DNA, machines were constructed and left in place to more or less carry on the necessary bodily functions so that humanity survived; but these machines are not sophisticated enough to manage an ascending field, which requires the conscious attention of soul.

 

Reality: One's environment and "world" as one experiences it. One's reality reflects one's beliefs and what one regards as true. To the alert, it can therefore point one to things one might want to intend to investigate and change.

 

Serpent: A non-physical being whose job is to hold the ley-lines or energy conduits of the field, energy systems and bodies.

 

Soul: The non-physical beings who co-evolve with the humans (or other physical beings) that they team up with and embody into. Ascending humans have several levels of soul; there is an individual soul or I AM Presence, a group of 144 souls called an Oversoul, and a higher group of 9 Oversouls called a Source. Also helping a human with their embodiment are the Angelics - Body Angel, Record-Keepers and Librarians, down to the smallest devas in charge of cells or other structures. There are also the Language of Light Serpents, which are beings designed to weave and hold in place the grid work of the form.

 

Sovereignty: The state of being independent and able to determine one's own truth and pathway in life.

 

Subtle Bodies: Four bodies which surround the physical body and are made of finer matter still than the etheric. They enable us to register emotion / feelings (Emotional Body), think and language (Mental Body), interact with Spirit (Intuitive Body), and create our creations (Creative Body).

 

Thought Form: A term which defines all the attributes of a particular thought-pattern, such as its vibrational level, the consciousness behind it, its state of polarization or unity, harmfulness or harmlessness. To a clairvoyant, many of these characteristics are instantly revealed by its etheric form (shape), feeling and color.

 

Truth: The underpinning of one's own particular reality, dependant upon one's genuine biological inheritance. Truth differs for different people therefore, and is also subject to expansion as one increases one's awareness and evolves. One's truth should determine what happens in one's world; so long as it has not been given away and someone else's truth accepted or overlaid.

 

Vibratory Level: One of the attributes of all matter and energy is vibration, which registers a sort of signature, revealing its past history, affiliations and purpose, or potential to affect others with whom it comes in contact.
