After having delved into the characteristics of the body double and how it relates to the physical I thought it was time to do the same for the light body. As I pointed out in the body double pages I have dubbed the light body planes where the body double resides the body double planes, and I have reserved the name 'light body planes' only for the planes in which the light body is active. In the SSoA-articles both the light body and the body double live in the light body planes, although a distinction is sometimes between between light body planes and higher light body planes. This is not done consistently however. The light body referred to here is a kind of astral body that is used to travel with during dreamtime.
This article from August 2004 talks of the light body in the context of the ascension temples and it speaks of the possibility of 'foreign' DNA that could be added to the etheric but this foreign DNA would not take hold in the physical body. I'm not sure if the light body has DNA as well, or if the body double is meant here. The body double would have its own DNA.
9.THE TEMPLE OF LIGHT BODY
This temple holds records of light body development at each phase of ascension. The light body is sometimes susceptible to manipulation during one's dreamtime travels. One can compare their light body to the records in this temple for the purposes of repair. Understand that there are two types of light bodies; one of which is a modified “astral” body that one’s consciousness travels during dreamtime, and this is the light body that we speak of. There is a second light body that is actually a physical vessel upon another plane of reality exactly one octave above oneself. It is the real light body forms into a fourth dimensional vessel that the physical body ascends into as consciousness in the act of ascension from one dimension unto the next....
...DETECTING FALSE AND INCOMPLETE ASCENSION PATTERNS
Understand that it is important to ascend into one’s own ancestral DNA. We have uncovered a form of “false ascension” where initiates receive duplicates of the DNA of others. These duplicates may ascend the etheric, but the DNA cannot root into the physical. Why will the DNA of another not root in one’s own body? One’s cellular structure is unique; only DNA that is sincerely from one’s own history can grow inside oneself. Therefore taking duplicates may seem as though they are an easy way to “cheat” in ascension, as they do provide a more rapid evolution in the etheric; alas they do not allow for biological ascension and the end result will be disease into the future for those that attempt to ascend in this manner.
We invite initiates to make sure that all DNA that one is ascending into is of one’s own inheritance, and return anything that is not to its source of origin. Then research one’s own ancestry for the missing information, and as one’s own DNA is pushed into the ascension grid work; it will take root leading to a complete biological ascension. Often those ascending into duplicate DNA will also attempt to weave the etheric body with light body grid work instead of physical grid work. Real ascending grid work is obtained as one releases the karma for how one’s ancestry fell in consciousness; as this occurs the genetic information and DNA from another time period is gathered up along with the associated grid work that once formed physicality in one’s ancestry; then such information is woven into the physical during one’s recasting in the recasting temples.
Physical grid work is made up of the elements of air, water, fire and earth; light body grid work is made up of the inverse elements of ether, vapor, smoke and lava. Light body grid work does not hold enough density to sustain a physical ascent, as the grid work itself will be incapable of moving the new crystalline genetic information down the lay lines of the etheric body, leaving pockets of cells un-ascended in the physical wherever such grid work is woven in. Furthermore stripping one’s own light body of grid work or another’s causes the light body to become ill upon the plane of reality that it exists upon; this is a form of harm to oneself or another.
Earth has estimated that MS, Fibromyalsia and other degenerative autoimmune diseases are the result of false ascension in one’s ancestry; through false ascension the molecular structure of the physical is taken and used to enhance the light body upon its plane of reality. The end result is a sick form in the physical. In parallel manner, stripping the light body of grid work causes it to develop a parallel disease upon its plane of reality. Earth has chosen to make these forms of false ascension illegal at this time in history as they do not lead to real biological ascension. The Annanuki in their life extension practices used these types of manipulations to enhance their field; alas they destroyed many others in so doing.
Much as with duplicated and foreign DNA, it is far better to intend to return all light body grid work to the planes of origin, and make sure one is weaving the etheric with physical grid work and DNA from one’s own ancestry and composed of the elements of air, water, fire and earth. Furthermore, it is good to intend to retrieve any molecules that have been used for enhance one’s own or another’s light body now and throughout one’s ancestry.

Beyond the subtle bodies is a light body that one utilizes for dreamtime travel and work with the healing temples for ascension. One may consider this part of self “unconscious”. In dreamtime, one utilizes this body to work upon understanding the records released through one’s own ascension along with releasing and forgiving the karma necessary to one’s continued ascent. The light body can travel to the temples for ascension each night which are in the aurora, or one may call the temples into one’s home at night for healing, as the etheric experiences not time and space.

March 2004. Here we learn that it is possible to 'develop a light body that can traverse in and out of the Great Central Sun'. On what does this travel ability of the light body depend? How could you make the discoveries of the light body more consciously available? I guess you need to ascend a bit more to grasp more of the light bodies' actions.
HUMAN ANCESTORS FROM THE GREAT CENTRAL SUN
There are also human ancestors in the Great Central Sun. Last Year Mila called upon these ancestors too. They cannot remain in your creation for long, as it is so distorted; but there is a sharing of records now that was not before, an they are learning from your experience of ascension whatever is mirrored unto them about their own state of being. Mila who has developed a light body that can traverse in and out of the Great Central Sun at this time often points out how human ascension mimics patterns inside of the Sun; and now all concerned are working upon parallel issues and patterns which shall allow for an easier transition of Earth into the Sun’s dream.
Our point here is that humans are one species, even if you exist in another creation, dimension or dream. There is a holographic interconnectedness that weaves all creations of like casting in the Tao. Such connections allow for the evolution of the whole of all casted natures. Such connections are what became severed within your Great Central Sun along with those creations that were expelled from her dream due to her own falls in consciousness. As the Great Central Sun and all species therein only had holographic connection unto itself, destruction could prevail, and no knowledge could be accessed to allow for any other path.

March 2004. Here's something about the spinning rotation of the light body:
Ascension requires that all parts of the field align and rotate for the purpose of expansion and a rising rapidness of vibration. This requires that each molecule, each meridian, each chakra small and large, each subtle body along with the light body and greater auric field be rotating in a manner and direction that allows for ascension. If parts of the field are moving in the wrong direction, it is much like one or some of our legs moving backwards when the rest of the legs are moving forwards; one may not get where one is attempting to go. Call upon us and we will assist one in perceiving what requires releasing to allow all parts of self to ascend, and how to move the field so that all moving energy systems flow in the right direction to lead one home.

In August 2003 we can read something about the light body, again as a traveler to the GCS. I am surprised to discover so little was written about the light body as dream time traveler.
It was never the design of human form to travel, or create technology for that matter. Fully conscious humanoid form inside of your current Great Central Sun lives a semi-etheric life without birth, death or rebirth. The main focus of the life is to support the energy flow of the consensus upon which they reside along with the entire Great Central Sun; and experience the nonphysical dance surrounding them so that form and soul can come to understand creational principals and law. Humans do not travel therefore between creations inside of the Great Central Sun; they may visit as a nonphysical light body consciousness through what one would call conscious projection; but they do not travel in craft designed to carry them from one place unto another in the physical.
In the assessment of the Tao and Great Central Sun, the requirement to travel in the physical that humans have become enamored with is really the result of a blending of human and soul dream. It is soul that travels between creations, incarnating into various forms to learn, grow and evolve. Over time and outside of the Great Central Sun, soul dreams and human dreams became intertwined. Suddenly humans were enamored with the idea of traveling to other creations, when this is sincerely a broadcast reserved only for soul. As this was projected in the intertwining of scripts in the space between Great Central Suns, humans developed craft and then left one creation only to seed other creations with life that never had agreements to host human form or worse yet, seed human life that was non-resonant leading to extinction of the whole.
Humans may have developed vast understandings of science and biochemistry. However such understanding can never embrace all that soul, angels and divas understand about genetic information and formation of form. Therefore humans ended up residing upon creations that were non-resonant with their genetic structure; or interbred with other humans that held completely different DNA from different Great Central Suns than their star of origin exited from. It is the blending of DNA and blending of non-resonant life forms that ultimately leads to aging, death and extinction of any creation throughout time and space and form.
The story of Earth is no different. Earth ended up with one human form bred in a Sirian spacecraft. The genetics of the seven root races were more or less resonant with a carbon-based system upon Earth, or they would not have survived in the long haul. However such humans were not in the form that they had exited the Great Central Sun; the blueprint had been modified and holographic knowledge paired down. Humans were never designed to create life. However once again the broadcast for soul that indeed does create life became intertwined with the human dream and the idea to create life became a part of the dream for mankind.
As that which is incompetent for a particular job strives to do the job at hand, generally the job is done half ass or fails. This is what Earth perceives about humans creating life; they did a half-ass job at best because they could not possibly understand the complexity of the task; nor would souls with the ability to create life desire to dance with life that was to be genetically modified and “paired down” within a human laboratory. Therefore the resultant seeded human form upon Earth was not fully conscious; nor was it capable ultimately of ascending home to the Great Central Sun. This is a sad thing, as many with such holographic and genetic origins will simply perish in the coming times of cleansing, as they have not what it takes to ascend. This involves not only the red seeded race, but also yet another paired down slave race created by the Plieadian Annanuki to mine gold.
History of the Human Dream (2003)
Somehow I think this 'light body'-search will not lead to much interesting information. Therefore I decided to switch to the dreamtime reality, and do some searching through that topic:

Ascension will never occur through something outside of self. Ascension is an inner job in which one opens to one’s own unconscious dreamtime reality. As one opens to the unconscious, one will attune unto one’s own truth within. Then through such an opening, one can begin to perceive the ancestral karma requiring clearing in one’s current life dance or for any phase of ascension. One is the sum total today of all ancestors that have ever existed upon earth. One therefore has responsibility for all karma one’s ancestry ever incurred.
It is only as the karma is known and consciously understood that one can possibly learn the spiritual lesson associated. For clearing karma requires forgiveness and forgiveness requires understanding the spiritual lesson at hand; this requires inner focus, not outer searching. It is also only through the inner connection that one will learn to become the dreamer and the dream, and consciously command their dream to release the karma and forgive.

In a Great Central Sun Transmission from December 2001 we can read about light body confiscation by Ascended Masters and the Mahatma Planes. Here are a few excerpts:
THE CONFISCATION OF ASCENDING LIGHT BODIES
In addition to the etheric body that existed outside of a physical incarnation, each of the 144 masters had 18 light bodies each at their disposal. Such light bodies were used for transportation to and from the false intervention. Such light bodies again were sustained and repaired by confiscating the light bodies of ascending masters currently incarnate in the physical. Some would be used as is, others dismantled to repair the tattered light bodies of the "masters".
Light bodies easily tear in the density of a place like Earth, and the repair of the nonphysical field is an ongoing endeavor of all ascending initiates. Indeed over 18 of Mila's light bodies had been confiscated over the course of her ascension and used to repair the light bodies of such "masters" upon the planes of the Mahatma. Furthermore the ongoing stripping of Mila's etheric grid work was used in the repair of certain "masters" etheric bodies. This was not done with her permission, but was a manipulation. For so long, Mila and her ensouling factor Riza wondered, "What are they doing with all of this grid work that we lose seemingly continuously? Or with the ongoing loss of light bodies?" It went to the sustaining not only of the non-physical afterlife of the false intervention, but the non-physical afterlife of certain "masters" upon the planes of Mahatma.
Any ascending initiate may have lost light bodies in their current life ascension to the planes of Mahatma. Furthermore, each initiate will discover that they have had light bodies confiscated in past life ascensions of one's ancestors. Uncovered upon the planes of Mahatma were light bodies taken from over 80,000 humans that had ascended to a certain level of vibration over the course of the past 18,000 years of human history (72,000 human years). Furthermore over 10,000 light bodies from present day ascending humans of both the inner and outer Earth were uncovered as having been taken for similar purposes. Oa recalled over 144 light bodies alone that had been taken since the inception of his ascension and used for similar purposes. It behooves all ascending initiates to retrieve whatever has been lost to the planes of Mahatma over time. In so doing, one will cease to lose chi to such forces of the dark.
THE SILVER CORD
When one loses a light body, there remains a silver cord that extends from the solar plexus of the etheric body to the light body. As the masters upon the planes of Mahatma dismantled any light body, the silver cord was plugged into the Mahatma itself that continued to drain chi from the ascending initiate sending such chi to the false intervention. Mila discovered 18 silver cords plugged into the Mahatma, and Oa 144 silver cords also plugged into the Mahatma. Overall the Mahatma was taking over 18% of their joint chi, which is why their ascension was so difficult last year in particular. Both Mila and Oa required the chi to push up in vibration. So it is for Mila and Oa, so it may be for any ascending initiate. One may intend to separate from the Mahatma and cease to lose chi through one's silver cord. One may dissolve any silver cord not attached to a light body currently in use by one's soul for one's own purposes of dreamtime travel and ascension.
Ascending initiates should have one light body through initiations 3000. The light body remains around the form during the day and retreats in sleep for dreamtime ascension work, meetings and recasting. Light bodies are complex, and take a lot of chi to run. Having more than one requires enough chi to sustain the two without compromising one's evolution. After 3000 there is enough chi to sustain 2 light bodies, one that remains around the form and one that can be working in dreamtime or being recast 24 hours per day. This speeds up the ascension exponentially. After 7500, one graduates to 3 light bodies, the third of which is devoted to world service work in alignment with Earth.
One can check to see how many light bodies that they have created and if they are in alignment with one's current level of evolution. Furthermore, one may check to see how many light bodies one has lost to the Mahatma planes, and choose to recall those that are being used for any other purpose than one's ascension. In so doing, one will not be as likely to become manipulated by the forces of the dark, as the light body or silver cord is a excellent means of accessing one's field for karmic displacement or any one of many manipulations that such forces perpetrate.
NON-PHYSICAL VAMPIRES
The consumption of etheric "blood" was also uncovered as being required upon an ongoing basis to sustain the non-physical etheric body of such "masters" upon the Mahatma planes. Mila and Oa and many in their school discovered an elaborate set of psychic machinery concocted around the ankle and calf used for the purposes of confiscating etheric blood. The etheric body is a body double, with all organs therein, including blood flow, which is a golden liquid energy in nature. Indeed such psychic machinery was not unlike the type of machinery Merduk used in the physical to confiscate blood from those of the red race that he captured and held prisoner for such purposes.
Each initiate reading this material may wish to check and see if they do not have such psychic machinery around their ankles or calves. One symptom is ongoing pain in the shin, hips or heel that will not go away. Such devices also interfere with the crystalline cellular structure of the leg, and can cause great enough decay to create forms of cancer if not removed early enough in one's ascension. Indeed a portion of the cancer Mila experienced last year occurred in the nerve up her left leg, and was indeed the result of such psychic machinery. There is now a blueprint in the temples of healing to dismantle such machinery for all ascending humans global wide. One only need intend such before falling asleep at night, and so it will be.
The masters, Mahatma and planes of Mahatma have been dismantled in full in present time. Such nonphysical afterlife serves no purpose from the point of view of Earth, and takes chi giving nothing in exchange. Nonphysical human form cannot clear karma, nor can it create karma, nor can it ascend. Such nonphysical humans were not masters at all but simply egotistical discarnate form directed by lost souls that wished to exist forever, much like the Annanuki themselves. Earth views this simply as a repeat of the dance of the Annanuki from long ago, and therefore has brought all related to their dance to an end at last.
