DNA Ingrowth Percentages, Study of SSOA
The ascension process really is quite an interesting process, indeed. Whenever you learn a thing about your personal past, your ancestry, or about your present self and the way you interact with other people, there is a chance that something in your body is cleared. This clearance can allow for the introduction of new genetic information into your physical body. After a while you should notice the differences during your ascension process. You can think of changes like an increasing diaphragma (see Buddha Belly), a thickening of your throat (see Becoming Crystalline?) or an increase in lung size (implying a bigger chest).
During my own process I noticed that there is a certain trend in the way I crawl forward. Often I can distinguish three steps that I go through:
- CONFUSION: There are certain thoughts which enter my mind which create a sense of confusion: what is this? What is happening? I start to doubt all kinds of things and sometimes I wonder if I'm really doing the right thing by working on this 'ascension experiment'. Even themes that have come across before can cause this state of confusion again. I always hope that the theme is dealt with on some other level, for I sure do hope that it isn't just the same theme from the same perspective which pops up again and again. After a while new thoughts enter my mind with all kinds of hypotheses about what is going on. Sometimes nothing comes at all and then I know I just need to wait for the right thoughts to drop by. No matter how I try to think of a possible explanation the thoughts just don't seem to fit the theme. Being in such a state of mind I try to find some time on my own, preferably in the woods. Most of the time this 'state of confusion' lasts for 2 to 3 days.
- UNDERSTANDING: Then some kind of explanation enters my mind. Often some clues are given in the early morning when I rise, or during the night when I have trouble falling asleep. During these moments my mind is active but in a relaxed and receptive way. Then during some activity like cleaning a toilet, or writing an article, or while lying in bed I find an explanation that fits the confusion. This sometimes is followed by a moment of deep emotions (cry, cry, cry) and sometimes it is followed by a big understanding smile. The understanding is often rapidly followed by the return of my deep breath, which is really amazing to me. It feels like I have started to carry some kind of ascension compass in my belly. Whenever something shows up that is unclear my belly shrinks and as soon as I have gained understanding the belly expands nicely again.
- EMPTINESS: After I was able to understand a certain aspect often a period follows where nothing seems to happen. No confusion, no new thoughts, no deeper understanding, no nothing. This can sometimes last for a week or more. When it continues for too long I often start thinking: "Is there something wrong? Is my process stagnating?" . Sometimes I start making up new themes myself, or I try to force some old theme to show up again to deal with it in a deeper way. This hardly leads to state of confusion. I have learned to accept this phase and when I am able to actually accept it, I can enjoy the moment of rest. My breath is doing great at these moments. 'Learn to pace yourself in your ascension' is a beautiful sentence that sums up this step. I need to be patient during this phase. You can read more about this 'pace yourself'-concept when you click HERE.
This often is the way I crawl forward in my process. I would like to hear of the experiences of other people who are working on their ascension process.
