Reality Instability |

INTRODUCTION
In this page I try to come to terms with the concept of 'reality instability' and the clashes between fading and emerging realities. Especially last week I have noticed that there might be something going on in this regard, if not in the world at large, then at least in my reality.
In the article called Fear of Losing One's Mind I write about the possibility that you may experience some trouble when you are shifting from a certain set of thought-forms to another. When I say trouble, I mean that it could cause some minor derealisation effects for a day or two. Fortunately this hasn't happened too often, for I prefer the situation in which my mental body is capable of slowly integrating new information, without the need to feel any derealization effects at all.
MUCUS AND REALITY INSTABILITY
Last week was a week that could be symbolized by a heap of paper handkerchiefs. Not only was there a constant flow of mucus but there was also a lack of sleep that created more sensitivity for what I would call 'reality instability'. When I am not optimally functioning due to a lack of sleep or because of some cold (in June...) I immediately notice that this has a major impact on the way I run my own system.
I have come to the conclusion that I really need a minimum amount of energy to have a pleasant life. When there is something causing a leak in energy (a cold) or there is something else that prevents my belly from breathing properly I tend to lose my 'preferred reality focus' and I slightly turn into a radio with a sweeping antenna, broadcasting and receiving various programs. Perhaps I have become dependent on my ability to breathe deeply.
Well, this sweeping antenna state has got some attractive sides to it: some turmoil is good to shake things up and until now it has always led to some new understandings. I'm always glad when such a period of turmoil is over and my mental body has proven to be able to distil something out of it.
CRUMBLING REALITIES
What was most interesting during this week was to experience the possible way more and more people view the world. Normally people would be able to just live their lives in automatic pilot mode: everything was relatively stable and predictable. Everybody seemed to be tuned into the same reality perspective and that was fine and reassuring.
If indeed we would be living on an ascending planet with a surge of energy that is blowing through everybody's reality perspective, it would seem logical to assume that the reassuring and predictable realities of the past will fall apart. Imagine what this must feel like for those who are used to live their lives in predictable perhaps even mechanical ways. Even though you would prefer to continue a rather mechanical way of living, this would become harder and harder because the reality components needed to stabilize this reality are crumbling.
This means that people who haven't really learnt to take responsibility for the life they create, are suddenly faced with a situation in which they need to become the creator of their lives again, or otherwise they will end up in a fading reality, which ultimately is synonymous with a state of insanity.
COMPETING FADING REALITIES
If this isn't just a product of my imagination I would also like to add that, like memes, reality perspectives would tend to prolong their existence. Many people have believed in such realities for centuries and even though they may face their end, these realities might try to remain among us as long as possible. I see this image of old and diseased reality perspectives that try to lure people in accepting them as real.
Either people sense that there is something 'wrong' with their reality perspective and they tune into a healthier, less harmful variant, or they desperately cling to all kinds of diseased but familiar reality perspectives until their mind and body can no longer deal with such an amount of chaos and they either turn crazy or sick.
Although this all sounds rather sad, it may also however stimulate people into realizing their own powers to create their own reality: what beliefs and attitudes would you want to drop in order to feel better? What thought-forms would you like to add to your reality that would make your cells smile instead of reeling with fear?
Perhaps people would start to understand that it may be a very wise thing to spend time on their innerworld, instead of investing it solely in work and external amusement. Perhaps it would be the only way to remain sane if you take the path of self realisation more seriously. The time might have arrived to realize your divine abilities to form and mold your creation. If you do not accept this responsibility to create your own world you are likely to tune into a myriad of fading harmful reality perspectives of others. Perhaps you are lucky when you tune into a more harmless reality of someone else, but the wisest thing to do would be to decide for yourself what you want your reality to consist of.
